Great people and store. Highly recommended for customer service alone. Went there today for my second Pfizer COVID vaccine shot and it went just as smoothly as my first in early June. But first, made a mega mistake going to the CVS across North Central off Meadow. This one is a tad closer to my hotel and also has a great pizza restaurant nearby for lunch. Just an outrageous treatment at this closer CVC. The pharmacy had no customers except me. The pharmacist refused to give me a second shot because I neglected to make an appointment. He didn’t care if the Internet write-up for that store states that no appointment is necessary. He didn’t care that this CVC on Walnut Hill welcomes walk-ins, no appointment necessary, just as when I got my first shot there. And I said that’s why they’re getting my business again for this vaccination and the other things I intend to buy. Just as before. Go figure. This CVC on Walnut Hill actually wants to generate income and profit by making it an enjoyable service experience to help customers.

I like that it’s convenient and a clean store, but I honestly cannot stand when the Muslim guy is working there(younger looking boy with curly black hair)! He NEVER greets you, and watches you like you’re going to steal something. He acts like he never wants to work. One time I got a feminine product, and he tried to give it to me without a bag! Like I had to tell him to put it in a bag, what woman wants to leave the store with a very personal feminine product in her hand?! Like are you dumb? Every other employee is welcoming and speaks! I personally rather not ever ask him for anything, so uncomfortable when he’s “working.”

Completely incompetent! I had called to have a rx filled earlier in the day that I needed before my trip. The pharmacy person assured me that was no problem! I called back end of day and they were like we have no record of your call and we can’t have it till the next afternoon which I’ll be long gone…
