They treat patients like we’re stupid, and talk down to us. They only answer their phone to hang it up on customers waiting an hour on hold. The drive thru is constantly closed so people with disabilities have to leave their vehicles to get the much needed medicine. If you happen to have a scheduled prescription then you’re automatically treated like a drug addict trying to score drugs, and are less than human. They disregard doctors orders on when to fill prescription, because of their “ethics” they call it. Never mind the fact that someone has stage 4 cancer that has a legitimate reason for an early refill authorization by your doctor, like your last vacation with your children, and husband before you die. Nope. They don’t care whatsoever. I hope that something is done about the treatment of people like me that are just trying to hang on long enough to see another birthday or Christmas without agonizing pain. Shame on you CVS

Took 2 full business days to process a prescription and still couldn’t get me my full supply. Took 30 mins of waiting in store (with no other customers) once they finally decided to “expedite” my order. Staff chit chatted the whole time. Called a few times to check on status and each time waited on hold for 5ish mins only to be hung up on, was able to get through on second try.

Tried calling twice. Was hung up on the first time after about 5 minutes. Second time I was hung up on after waiting for someone over a half hour.
