WHY ISN'T ZERO STARS AN OPTION? This place doesn't even deserve one. The staff there are always miserable and seem to hate their jobs. Is this due to being understaffed and/or being under paid? I have a prescription for (redacted). I don't understand why it isn't available to refill online, I MUST call to refill. With having (redacted), which is what the medication is for, this is problematic as it creates real struggle. They NEVER answer the phone, it's beyond ridiculous. Today I've called twice to refill this prescription. I waited 17 minutes before hanging up and calling back, and now currently on 17 minutes once again. I wish I could change pharmacies because of how bad this one is but that process is daunting for obvious (redacted) reasons noted already. This location is causing serious frustration and wasting of precious time because they can't even offer a basic level of competence and service. Update as I've typed this out, they answered after 25 minutes and hung up on me. I'm now in tears.
Basically I always get greeted when I come in. My medication always changes. This store and more CVS stores should become like a walk-in clinic. Use tablets or ID scanners this is not a joke. I had a friend who had their information compromised because a person was listening. It’s inappropriate and needs to change. ID scanners or Tablets need to be integrated into the system this is ridiculous. No one should have to fear that their information will get compromised when someone is listening even if it’s the person that’s directly behind them I’m not mad I just want to raise some concerns that people should know. I’ve seen that mini clinic stores use tablets for check-in why can’t regular stores use tablets for the same reason just to check in to the pharmacy that would be perfect or have an ID scanner device app on the symbols that they use. I want corporate to see this review I know that changes need to happen I will leave many reviews if I have to displaying the same thing.
I just wanted to send a heartfelt thanks to the pharmacy team at this store. My mom was released from the hospital and we were having a LOT of trouble (with insurance and doctors) filling her Eliquis prescription. Taposi (pharmacy mgr, I think) was AMAZING. She helped give me all the info I needed on Wednesday night and followed up (by calling my insurance and then leaving me a vm) on Thursday. When I checked in with her on Thursday night, with the problem NOT solved, she had already worked through a solution that would work for my mom to get the meds she needed. After over 24 hours of NO ONE able to provide help, Taposi was a light in the darkness. She showed empathy and, imo, went above and beyond to provide much needed customer service. I felt valued and it touched my heart in ways that are too often neglected in the corporate world. She's a keeper! (Michael, who helped at pick-up/checkout, was also friendly and helpful.) I'm grateful. Thanks, Taposi! <3
I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a worse experience. This prescription was scheduled for delivery only to be cancelled by CVS and later attempted to be delivered at an old address (although I have had several deliveries from CVS to my current address). Today I get a text saying my prescription is ready for pickup. I send my 78 year old Vietnam Vet father (who is currently battling cancer). He is told the prescription is not ready. Then he is told that if he doesn’t know the name of what (not for who) he’s picking up he can’t get it! Since when??? I’ve NEVER been asked for the name of a med. After MUCH back and forth they finally give him the prescription. We have been customers at your facility for decades. I’m not sure what had happened there but the customer service has steeply declined to the point of being completely unacceptable. We will be finding a new location and will make sure to share our experience with all my friends and family.
Poor service at all....make the incorrect line and realize has to move over the drop off which is close...the correct thing to do is aware ur customer and explained can take the prescription at the pick up saying they short on staff" damm....so am seeing this guy in a shirt and tie at front counter asked if the mgmt was available and said he was the manager....Wow all he said was ok at everything I complained about ok this ok to that....Jezee Retrain this people....this isn't the only time have bad experience is the 4th or 5th time it run from not finding the prescription to shirt on it....or texting saying is ready when isnt.....i don't come for nothing else but prescriptions becuz is the near one on my zip code....and GEE....ugliest experience EVER
Today, I went to get my prescription. Amar, the man behind the counter, said that I needed to need it to go to the consultation location ( which was another location meaning that I had to lose my place in line) to use my discount card for my prescription. I asked him if this was a new policy? He stated that this is not new. This prescription was not a new prescription it was just a refill. In the past, I didn't need to jump through hoops to use my discount card. I just used it.
THE TWO LATE TWENTY YEAR OLD GRAVEYARD EMPLOYEES WERE SO RUDE. I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTFUL IN ANY STORE EVER. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TIME TO GRAB A CART TO DO MY SHOPPING BEFORE I HAD TO GET OUT OF THERE. WHEN I ASKED HIS NAME, "KYLE" HE SAID IT AS IF HE JUST GAVE ME OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN UNLESS THE STORE MANAGER HAS ONE GOOD ANSWER FOR WHY HE TREATED ME THIS WAY!!!! It ruined my night and I'm just disgusted. So thank guys
They really should consider taking up the carpet. It's filthy besides It's not good for people with allergies. Also there was no help there, had to find everything on my own. 1 girl at the register and no other employee in sight besides pharmacy
If the front steps were cleaned again, the carpet wouldn't be getting dirty. The staff go over and above there duties. Awesome CVS.
Cashier Olga was very rude poor customer service and no patience no eye contact and no respect for customers
I have a half and half experience every time I go here. Some of the workers can be really rude
Excellent service every single time i go in from both the pharmacy side and the store side.
Rude staff refused to allow a disabled customer to use a cart for their shopping.
MAPS is the app 4 me ! Gets me where it knows I need to be ! Maps 4 me and U.

They always mess up on my perception
