The person in charge of the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional! Was doing a drop off yesterday and they were taking care of someone paying in the drop off line for like a group of 3 people while I waited quietly fo about 30 min until my ride got tiered of waiting in the car and walked in asking what was taking so long. Then he asked me if my legs were hurting from standing and waiting because I just had an ankle replacement. Only then did they move the group of people to the correct line and asked me for my prescription with a really bad attitude! Then told me to come back in 3+ hour's because they were backed up with that same bad attitude witch leads me to believe that she got angry and was just getting even with me for my rides comments. So I left and said to myself I'll just get it tomorrow. I've been on hold for almost 1 hour. No one seems to be working or answering phones today. Just wanted to check my prescription status.
Received a call saying my insurance wasn’t added to the prescription. The topical cream was $1,000.00. I was shocked. Then, a few days later I received a text saying that day was the last day to pick up the cream. We stopped by coming back from Ventura and the lady said the text was incorrect. The cream would be on the shelf for 11 more days. The price without insurance was $13.99. I didn’t even ask about the crazy $1,000.00 price they initially called me about.
This is the worst Pharmacy in the world. I dropped off prescriptions at other CVS pharmacy’s and they are friendly and helpful. This one not so much. Feels like they are burdened with your requests. They are incompetent as well. Other CVS pharmacy’s text you when your prescription is ready. After 4 days I went to pick up the prescription and they did not have it ready?? Maybe it’s because it’s located inside a Target?? I don’t know but they are the worst.
Beautifully laid out and clean with friendly, professional service. Barely left my doctor's office and already received a call confirming my new prescription was ready.
Been coming here for the last couple of years. I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. Always has my meds in stock and the pharmacy team is great.
Less well stocked and maintained than most CVS locations.
Always clean, staff is always helpful and professional.
Expensive, but convenient. Employees are very nice.
