"Absolutely no service at this pharmacy"
"Absolutely the WORST experience ever! There is one pharmacist and she said everyone else in Drive thru, phone calls, and pick ups all take precedence over filling prescriptions! Waited an hour to find out they no longer take Tricare! Omg omg! I’m sick and wasting time being placed last"
"The pharmacist, Haile Nemariam, was very rude and short with my wife over the phone"
"The friendliest staff, including who I believe is the manager! I did not get her name, but she was really helpful and funny"
I’m updating my review from a year ago and adding a few stars! I’ve seen a huge increase in friendliness, customer service, and competence from the pharmacy techs and pharmacists at this location. Everyone seems happier and more helpful! What changed!? Recently, I had some very complicated pharmacy needs. I spoke with “Sel” who was able to assist me immediately over the phone. One item required some follow-up and “Sel” was all over it, resolving my issue expeditiously and satisfactorily. Great job—your team is meeting our family’s pharmacy needs! Thank you!
Absolutely no service at this pharmacy. Prescription called in on Monday, out of stock, will have by Thurs. Not ready on Thurs, Friday or Sat. Now say it will be ready on Monday. Tech says manager must fill this, but he is not working till Monday and he did not fill it this past week when it was ordered. This pharmacy is on my insurance but will never use them again and will call insurance to advise of poor service . This is pharmacy at 1000 oaks and Jones maltsberger.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever! There is one pharmacist and she said everyone else in Drive thru, phone calls, and pick ups all take precedence over filling prescriptions! Waited an hour to find out they no longer take Tricare! Omg omg! I’m sick and wasting time being placed last..... to not be able to pick up my meds here at all! Pharmacist is very nice, but this was a horrible set-up for her.
The pharmacist, Haile Nemariam, was very rude and short with my wife over the phone. The tech, David, was also very rude when I picked up my medication. He didn’t bother to look at me, let alone explain anything to me for a new medication for my daughter. He just pushed the medication out the window, turned around and left. Worst pharmacy experience ever.
The friendliest staff, including who I believe is the manager! I did not get her name, but she was really helpful and funny. I rarely write reviews when I don’t know who exactly to thank. But to the woman (maybe manager?) in the yellow shirt who helped me price check: your kindness was especially appreciated/needed today and I appreciate you!
They NEVER pick up the phone. Its so frustrating. I drove 1 hr across town calling them. I get there and call again as in front pf pharmacy and im watching them walk past the phone and not pick it up. Then im told the prescription wont be ready for 2 hrs. I come back in 2 hrs. Its not ready i drive off 15min later im told its ready. …
The pharmacy is constantly understaffed causing long wait times, no one working drive through window , failure to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and not having the prescribed drugs at the pharmacy. I do not know who is in charge of staffing the pharmacies but they are not doing their job. Please get a handle on this problem.
Extremely rude and worthless staff like the other reviews said. Wasted so much time sending my prescriptions here. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Obviously CVS leadership and social media teams are worthless too or they would read these reviews and do something about it. Hopefully CVS goes the way of Radio Shack!
The guy was a jerk from the second we pulled up. Was trying to get a Covid test for my son. Was rude and not helpful during the experience. Was very impatient with us trying to ask questions. It has been our pharmacy for 15+ years. Not the first issue with them. Will be the last. Won’t be back.
8+ hours. I was told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes after I went in an hour after my scheduled pick up time which was 2 hours after I called it in. That 20 minutes turned into 7.5 hours. The guy at the counter was literally drawing on a piece of paper....
10 people waiting for meds and the two guys behind the counter have zero sense of urgency. It’s about to get ugly. Don’t bother here. Drove 11 minutes to 24hour Walgreens on Naco and I was in and out in literally 7 minutes. CVS owes me 1.5 hours or my life back.
Decent selection of personal hygiene and health items. Lots of junk food and candy. Fun seasonal items. Clean and well-organized with a friendly staff. Expect to pay a little more than at HEB but you'll find items here that HEB doesn't carry. Open 24 hours.
The company CVS short staffs their employees. If someone calls, you have to stay on, no thought for the future. Burn them up and spit them out. No wonder they walk at their ouw pace. Company get smart, more people, better wagers= happier every one!
Horrible pharmacist, so unhelpful. Absolute useless and pathetic. I am appalled on how deplorable this location is. The pharmacist does not even recognize your presence . Plus she has the nerves of looking at me like I am lost!! …
Always make you wait. Had to wait for two cars in front of me and then when I got to the window she made me wait while she bagged up about 5 orders before she would help me! Always the same. Very disorganized and disrespectful!
Takes forever to get through to a pharmacy staff member. Poor customer service when you finally get through to someone,e specially after having held for 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.
I picks up meds every month or so and the staff have always been helpful. They offer to do helpful things, in fact. I'm very happy with this pharmacy group.
About 1 hour waiting for them to accept my prescription and 45 more minutes to deliver the medicine. Worst customer service. Very rude Pharmacy staff....
Absolutely terrible. One pharmacist running whole pharmacy. CVS needs to invest in hiring more people to improve customer service. Not acceptable
Pharmacy is pretty rude and treat you like cattle, people who work outside of the pharmacy are nice tho
Pharmacy is ghetto, rude, and trashy. Make you wait long for no reason. I hope they get shut down soon.
Fast Rx refills for a skeleton crew (open 24 hrs). Somewhat stoic pharmacy techs serving customers.
El personal de la farmacia super mal nads de atentos mas de 30 min esperando para que me atendieran
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy for waiting to get medications
I always have a good transaction with pharmacy employees , very nice and courteous …
