CVS are very professional and their customer service was over the top! Let go into detail. I first went to Walmart on Samuel Blvd; check this out. When I dropped off my prescriptions I had 4 of them, I explained to the clerk that I could get the Tylenol over the counter. I then asked if I should remove the Tylenol and she said yes and handed me a pair of scissors and allowed me to separate them. And from there things got really worse. I say there for two hours! Then they told me that I had to go back to the hospital and get the doctor to sign it. But before I left I tried speaking to a cashier and she stated that they close at 2, I arrived at 11:00! So, after going back to the hospital I came back home in tears. Then at 3:40 I received a text that my prescriptions were ready. I called and that's when I found out that it was their lunch break. After leaving CVS this morning I went to Walmart and told them just how I felt about the horrible customer service I was given. The manager told me that they could've taped it back together just like CVS did. I then let them know that I was going to leave the nastiest review that I could. The manager asked me to give them another chance I said no! First time shame on you there won't be a second time and took my prescriptions and walked away.
Evelyn the cashier was rude when I asked her if she would scan my copay card to get discount on my medications. She said, your meds are already covered. I won't scan your card unless you want to pay more money so....... her body language and intonation was rude. I Don't think she should have said that. She would have kept it clean by saying, Sir or Javier your meds are already covered so we don't need to scan your copay card. Evelyn was rudd, unpolite and not professional at all. I just observed her and kept myself quiet.
The worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. They won't tell you if your prescription is out of stock but will continue to tell you to "check back tomorrow we should have it soon" and then have to send you to multiple other locations around the Dallas area because they were never going to get it in stock. It took one call to another location where a pharmacist there was happy to look more into the issue for me and got things solved, but this location does not have employees with the same empathy apparently.
Today I went in around 8:30PM to the pharmacy and the current pharmacist was superb on her customer service! It’s been a while that I have received such genuine want to help. I had a question about electrolytes, specifically magnesium as well as immune boosting minerals. She answered all my question with detailed explanation. She went out of her way to truly help me and that’s awesome! Will always come there for my meds and any questions I have about them and supplements. If you’re reading this, Again thank you!
Is anyone at corporate aware that the pharmacy at this location shuts completely down (with shades drawn) about 1:00? I guess they require a private lunch. I don't know if they do this every day or not, but how inconvenient for your customers. I was there over my lunch half-hour and had to come back after they re-opened. Lucky I was close. Maybe the other workers at this location could go ahead and shut the whole store down for lunch, makes about as much sense. Very disappointed.
Pharmacy is excellent here, Kenneth was very helpful with COVID information and vaccine education. Personable and the booster shot was painless!
Bernice was rude to me about how I didnt speak when approaching the entrance I like to buy my items in go home she needs to get fired
