"Absolutely despise this CVS location"
"I came in for my 11am 2nd booster shot"
"A very rude demeaning, condescending east indian lady saying "do you know how much i have to do right now?" I'm new to Medicare so i was just asking why i'm being charged for a covered item"
"Arriving at 1:35 PM, I was told that my prescription was "new" and that it could not, by law, be dispensed to me by anyone but the pharmacist, who was at lunch and maybe back in 15-20 minutes"
"This is a newer Target and now the closest one to where I live"
Absolutely despise this CVS location. Despise is a harsh word but hear (read) me out: * Employees take flexible lunch hours. I come at 12? They’re on lunch from 12-1 and can’t help me. I come at 1? They’re on lunch from 1-2 and can’t help me. * Employees stop helping customers 20 minutes before the pharmacy closes. I was there to pickup once 20 minutes before they were closing and was told to just come back the next day because they were starting to wrap up. * Massive attitude from 2 of the pharmacists. MASSIVE. This location is more geographically convenient for me but I transferred all my prescriptions to another CVS location. On the upside, being located inside of Target - Ample ♿️ accessible parking in front of the store and the entrance doors are wide to accommodate accessibility needs.
I came in for my 11am 2nd booster shot. Uyen, the individual that helped me. Wanted to see my insurance information. I let her know that it wasn't required. She insisted that it is required for a booster shot. I pointed out to her that you have a poster next to you stated FREE BOOSTER AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Nowhere does it stated that I must show proof of insurance. She then went to this Indian lady. Who was rude and condescending. Asked if I had make an appointment and asked for my phone number to send a link for me to book an appointment again. I told her I made an appointment at 11am and had answered all the questionnaire. She told me to do it again in a very condescending manner. Didn't even give out 5$ gift card as stated on the website.
A very rude demeaning, condescending east indian lady saying "do you know how much i have to do right now?" I'm new to Medicare so i was just asking why i'm being charged for a covered item. She didn't know and could care less and was bothered by the question. Then says "why are you complaining about a $12 charge?" I said because i've been disabled since birth and can't work so i live off of $900 a month and budgeting is a must. Medicare siad it's covered when i called them. Then i left. I only go here because it's extremely close to my residence. Obviously implied biases are in full swing with this pharmacist "lady."
Arriving at 1:35 PM, I was told that my prescription was "new" and that it could not, by law, be dispensed to me by anyone but the pharmacist, who was at lunch and maybe back in 15-20 minutes. So there we have it - a pharmacy without a pharmacist during pharmacy hours, as a matter of normal operations. Maybe being sandbagged by that kind of thing is fine with the average CVS customer, but when you have to be at a place, at a time, and had a reasonable expectation about being able to pick up a prescription along the way, it certainly is pretty disappointing.
This is a newer Target and now the closest one to where I live. The people here are fantastic, not just the pharmacy but everyone, the checkers talk to you, they actually bag your items, they all seem like it wasn't the worst thing in the world to have to work that day. The people in the pharmacy are just as friendly and extremely knowledgable. They are always more than happy to help with a medication or anything else you might have a question about. All in all this is my favorite location, not just becuase of the proximity but because of the people.
The are not very good, They give my midication with diffrent manufacture WITHOUT give me any knowledge. Unfortunately I discover that after I arrived home, Then I called them to request change to the one I used to have for while and the one i would stay with it, they said we don't have any more. The took the money and they don't accept to return it or make refund so i have to get it from other Pharmacy and pay again!! I can not believe how they change the medication without give any knowledge to me or my doctor.
DON'T GO THERE FOR COVID VACCINE. Made an appointment in the morning for a 6 pm shot. Arrived 20 minutes early and told the pharmacist the purpose of my visit. She cancelled my appointment on the spot. Reason: each vaccine vile has 10 shots and since I am the only one, she won't open it for my sake (but you guys accepted my appointment!!) She directed me to CVS @ Oakridge mall, and I believe they would have the same problem. Forget about this one, and forget about CVS.
They've been understaffed for months so we've had some pretty long phone wait times for new RXs and been turned away for vaccines. When busy they can't even answer the phones for providers / other pharmacies to figure out why they didn't get the RX or have the RX transfered. Their automated system / website doesn't give status on new RXs so you have to call in. Helpful staff once you reach them and I've never had to wait overnight for an RX shipment.
I started coming to this location first out of desperation since close-by Safeway Pharmacy didn't have my urgent medication in stock. Stephanie, the Pharmacist at this Target, is simply awesome. She took great care of me that day. The staff is very friendly and normally they're able to help me very quickly. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy and haven't looked back.
I went here to get a prescription for my surgery. My doctor accidentally sent in an incorrect prescription so Blaire had to redo the order once the correct prescription came in. Blaire was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I get my correct prescriptions. She is so nice and professional. It made my day. Thank you for your help Blaire :)
Terrible service ,rude pharmacist. Didn’t get her name but this was on Friday morning April 7th at 10:00am. She refused to take an unopened test strip box which I was returning because the price was 3X higher than the actual . There is no sign about not accepting returns and no notes on the receipt. I will not use this place again !
This pharmacy is a joke about to switch pharmacies. Never opened on time. It's sunday went to pick up my prescription around 1230 pm. It was closed. Asked a target employee why it was closed. I was told they weren't sure. It's not the first time it happened eighter.
Perfectly adequate pharmacy, very good staff (they are the best part of this location). It's convenient except that it's closed on Sundays. I miss the actual Target Pharmacy (award-winning Rx containers and super easy transfers between Target locations).
I appreciate the helpful employees and pharmacist at this location. I needed to ask some questions about over the counter medicine and the pharmacist, Jinjoo was extremely kind and helpful in explaining and answering my questions efficiency. Thank you!
The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. The guy (supposedly the pharmacy manager) is extremely rude and non-cooperative. He makes faces whenever any questions are asked and always give a curt unhelpful reply.
trash employee . hung up on client before one could finish a question . as if this isn’t a pharmacy and people aren’t trying to get urgent medication . 11/11/21 2:00pm
The pharmacist I've encountered today is an absolute liar! She didnt even acknowledge her mistake, i wonder how many times she lies a day to save her incompetent a&%!
Seems like they don't have enough staff. They're great if you can actually speak to one. It would be scary if your life depended on having your meds on time.
They are always so helpful and friendly! This pharmacy seriously goes the extra mile that other pharmacies I have been to don’t do.
Super slow, understaffed, and had to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to give me my medication/prescriptions.
Finally made it to cvs and it was closed for lunch. That would have been nice to know before I wasted my time
When there are more than 3 people in line for check out bring another assistant to checkout
Bad customer service here . CVS gives me a bad taste . Don’t think I’ll ever come back.
Incompetent staff. It’s a battle to get a prescription filled here.
