Joseph: you are what's wrong w today's society. A man who prides himself on going to work everyday and instigating people to the point they are yelling obscenities at you and you're response which rolled off your tounge like you were born saying it, "get out of MY store, BYE, BYE".. instigating till the very end. How did this come to be, well a customer walked in wearing an orange shirt and was looking around for about 5 minutes when another customer entered upon which Joseph began gossiping about a tall orange shirt individual he claimed was lingering in the store. Okay last I checked, you're in a store... People come in and look around to shop upok the invitation assumed by your business being open and welcoming them to come in and do so. I was lingering longer than he was! But I'm white, and middle class like Joseph so apparently my standing in his line of sight and overhearing the conversation did not stop him . He continued and finally the young man approached him asking what his issue was. Joseph, thinking he was not talking as loud as he was said "nothing". To which the young man explained he was just looking around for five minutes and didn't understand what about him was causing such an issue. He never got an answer but I hate to say that I would assume the problem to be JOSEPH. He stereotyped and prejudged this mild mannered young man and turned him into exactly what he was hoping to get out of him. Today is hard to just turn and walk away when people are constantly badgering you and treating you like you are less than. He was not shy to let everyone in the store know that because he was Mexican American he was not welcomed to be there at CVS. At least according to Joseph. I don't agree. Anyone should be welcomed to linger the store however long it takes for them to decide on what they are purchasing. That's what they have loss prevention and security cams so that people like Joseph don't have to patrol the store and make everyday customers feel criminal for coming in and shopping. I won't be back to this CVS even though I am white, I support equal treatment of any color and prefer to shop at places where I don't have to see two individuals arguing abiut racial issues and creating racial tension. As for Joseph Im sure he will continue working here, and won't stop following his mostly brown and black clientele. And that ladies and gentlemen is the problem with today's society. People like Joseph are everywhere, hiding behind their desks and badges waiting for their opportunity to put people down or start a problem w someone who would otherwise be a pleasant individual. So who do we blame? Ourselves. Change starts with you. Don't let people like Joe here make you into a bitter hate filled individual. You're better than that. Today choose understanding, love, and patience. God bless.

I have been calling for three days straight trying to get my inhaler and ADHD meds filled. The automated system says they are processing. So when I ask to speak to Pharmacy option 7 it rings forever then goes to Provider Voicemail. I have left messages. I have not been able to get an answer to my medicine if it's being filled as I need my inhaler as my asthma is acting up. So I go into pharmacy to find out and explained what's been going on with me calling. Their answer was "they have been busy." No apologies nothing. While I was there nobody was answering the phones they were just ringing and ringing. So I find out my meds have been processing for three days because they are out of stock on one and now my insurance won't cover the other one. These were supposed to have been ready Tuesday. I am upset nobody has informed me about this. Additionally, I asked to pay for my inhaler to get it filled and she hatefully said 5 hours knowing I am in desperate need of it right away. I explained again I am having asthma and need it as soon as possible, mind you it was supposed to be ready Tuesday. The girl who was hateful with an attitude said I can do two hours best. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. The pharmacist refused to give it to me too and her name as well when I asked, as I wanted to file a complaint about not answering phones and the girls attitude issue towards me. The best way to describe pharmacist is that she is Asian. I will say this is the second time my monthly medication has been out of stock which the pharmacist is in charge of managing. I am sitting here wheezing waiting patiently for the 2 hours with INCREASED anxiety for my inhaler to be ready. Needless to say I am beside myself as to the lack of compassion and customer service these ladies have. Tow out of the four are very nice, the ones working with the customers

I think that I will never give any store 5 stars because the products always change places and it is understandable but at least put up the signs to know where to go for what we are busy buying. Two days ago I went and a lady who was in the photo area, she treated me very nice, attentive and gave me advice based on makeup for what I needed. she was very kind and attentive to my needs. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars and I hope it's always the same overall deal. Creo que a ninguna tienda le daré jamás 5 estrellas por qué siempre cambian los productos de lugar y es comprensible pero al menos pongan arriba los letreros para saber hacia dónde ir por lo que ocupamos comprar. hace dos días fui y una señora que estaba en área de fotos, me atendió muy linda ella, atenta y me dio consejos en base a maquillajes para lo que yo necesitaba. fue muy amable y atenta a mis necesidades. por eso le doy 3 estrellas y espero que siempre sea el mismo trato en general.

I’ve been using cvs pharmacy for a long time and I recently moved to this area and started using this CVS. After todays interaction with one of their pharmacy techs (short older blond Hispanic heavier set female) I can honestly say I doubt I will ever use CVS again. Definitely will never use this one again that’s for sure. While some of the techs are very good at their job, how this particular one spoke to me when I was asking simple questions was the cherry on top for me. The store is constantly out of stock and NEVER pick up their phone. Here is my issue, if you are out of stock please don’t speak down to me like I’m a child when I ask you if other CVS’s in the surround area may or may not have it. Don’t tell me “you’re not the only person I have to help” when you refuse to do something other employees have offered to help me with in their past while rolling their eyes. If you hate your job so much find another one.

Had to pick up my prescription. It was more expensive than I anticipated. Asked the lady if I could pay part cash part card. She looked confused and said “I don’t know how to do that” (first of all that’s not my problem, you can ask for help) so I said “okay well then I’d have to come back if you can’t do that because I don’t have enough money on me.” She said “okay come back before 6” Not to mention she had a very very thick accent to the point where I could barely understand her. Honestly I wouldn’t be that frustrated but this is medication not fast food we’re talking about. You don’t know how to do that? That’s fine. Ask a coworker for help because I guarantee it can be done. Honestly just doing the bare minimum and not caring about doing your job or caring about your customers is why I left I star. Never had this kind of experience at other CVS pharmacies.

I have never wrote a review on anyone but this cvs took it. Talk about rude service at the pharmacy I had to go 3 times for nothing to top it off they never answer the phone my doctor was trying to get a hold of them and they didn't answer I kept calling and they didn't answer. I went in to the pharmacy and a African American lady was about as rude as they get she kept cutting me off talking to me as if I was a kid. I decided to just drop everything and talk to someone else my problem never got resolved I ended up having to go back no one would look at me anymore and that same rude lady was just texting on her phone while people are sick waiting for their meds all of the people in that pharmacy need to be fired or close this location down.

I honestly hate the fact that I even have to give this place one star. every time I've gone into this CVS location not only are the employees rude but they are extremely unprofessional as well. When I call corporate to complain they don't do anything about it. Normally I'd just go to a different CVS but my experience's here have turned me off to every CVS. NEVER will I shop at your stores again! I'll spend my money with people who know how to be polite and professional. Who also know what manners are as well as knows how to use them. I'm disgusted that anyone would even hire such beings. They must be desperate for employees if this is what they are allowing to work for them. Specifically a thing named Geneva!!! What a horrid......

I use to like to pick up my prescriptions at this pharmacy. The people that work there were really nice. But it’s been a few times that I go and a lady seems to not understand me. I can’t understand her too. I even give her my license to make it easier for her. And she spend 15 minutes trying to find it . And at the end I went home with nothing. I ask her a medicine that they have in the advertisement they sell in the drive thru and she said you have to come inside and get it. I was just trying to be respectful with costumes because I am sick . I don’t want to make people uncomfortable. I don’t have nobody to go inside and get the medicine for me.

Ya vine dos veces al cvs me dicen que una hora que regresará a las 7 pm y muy grosero se portó la persona y todavía no la a hecho y llegaron unos para vacunas y allá está sentado no más y todo por hacerme enojar ya pasaron más de 20 min y no me dan nada de medicina para mi nieto que es el amoxilin yo también tengo que trabajar podría hablar con el supervisor de la farmacia y me tiro de loca el hombre , que porque no más hay 2 personas y el sentándote y platicando mucho con los clientes cuando le pones la vacunas para que dicen que vengamos sino lo van a tener listo los medicamentos..

Great store and Pharmacy....been coming here every month for 4 years and never had any problem whatsoever....the store employees are friendly....very helpful and the store is clean and well managed...the Pharmacist and techs are some of the very best....yes they can be quite busy and not always chipper but they will do whatever they can to help you...they always go above and beyond.....and it shows....they genuinely care about their customers...even calling if I accidentally forget to pick up my medication...they really deserve more than 5 stars

Absolutely disgusting. The parking lot is a mess, the bathroom is disgusting. There’s no hand soap at all which means all of the employees and pharmacy workers aren’t washing their hands. The only toilet paper roll in there was wet with who knows what substance. Seriously??? The baby changer looked dangerous to infants. There was white powder all over the walls and floor. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and you can smell the bathroom from halfway across the store. It’s obvious they don’t care.

I am currently holding for the pharmacy on 24th st and thomas on both lines as you can see below and no answer.. this is insane.. 30 min hold and I call on another line and it’s the same thing.. if I could give this cvs no stars I would but this is the closest to me smh.. so i guess I have to hold forever just to get some assistance to make sure they received my sons prescriptions … horrible.. and then I keep hearing someone place the call on continuous holds…. So the calls are being ignored by the staff

5 star customer service for Geneva and the night staff for going above and beyond to help me figure out my shipping situation. I recently had a negative experience here so I was pleasantly surprised to see that there are still good people and that these ones were willing to go outside their normal routines to help me out. (Next time I'll have to double check what shipping service before I pop in at closing time. MY BAD! LOL.) Thanks again. I'm pushing for a raise for these ladies! All in favor ‍♂️

I was just told by a pharmacy staff “how can I keep track of everyone’s refills” when I asked how I can be notified if a refill was sent to my doctor in September and no one got back to them. I’m livid at the blatant disrespect and disregard this location has come to have for customers after I have been going here for over 10 years. As the pharmacy- when I picked up it could be great customer service to say- oh and btw this is your last refill from us on this medication. So disappointing.

I would have given it 1 star but the people there are very nice. I don't know what is wrong with their pharmacy, but every time I order a refill, I literally have to come back 2 or 3 times to pick it up. I got a text that 2 were ready, I get there and they only have 1. I come back the next day after another text, still not ready. The drive thru is super slow, the counter is super slow. It is the worst. I only use them because they are preferred by my insurance.

Did you know the pharmacist can decline filling your prescriptions because they "don't feel comfortable "? Even though they have filled the SAME medications for over FOUR years. Even though stopping these medications could cause serious medical harm. CVS can & will do all of these things. Poor customer service in the pharmacy meets power trip. Find a better pharmacy that actually cares about their customers & OMG smiles at me!!! Piss-off CVS, you suck!!!!!!!

This pharmacy's been doing a good job keeping staffed throughout the staffing shortage. Hey do a good job about answering their phone and they're always helpful when I have any questions about my prescriptions. It's very convenient with a entrance / exit on the northwest side of the building and the south east side of the building. The typical CVS that has everything you need. This store works really good with the app making my life so much easier.

This is the best CVS I've ever been in! It has the best and most helpful and courteous people...from the front counter to the pro's in the pharmacy! I go here over Walgreens or Walmart which are equally close. The people here don't act like they're at work but at play and don't treat me like a customer but a friend and doing so while maintaining decorum and professionalism! So this is my CVS! Has been for year's and will be for year's to come!

Great store and great staff. Erica was kind and had the best hair style. She new all her products and was so welcoming and nice. I enjoy shopping at stores were the employees actually talk with the customer like Erica does. Erica you are the reason I will continue to store with CVS. I showed last week for an emergency need. Showed up at 9:51. They close at 10:00. Doors were LOCked. I could see two employees inside. I knocked (nicely) to see if they’d do their jobs. They ignored me. I’m a regular here but I’ll just go to Walgreens down the street. They close at 10 too. But what do you know, THEY keep their word. And their doors are open at 9:55

Pharmacy guys need to be more educated. But the cashier's are always nice and friendly. Never had an issue here until I asked a pharmacist about my Prep medication, preventative used to prevent HIV. He told me that it doesn't prevent the spread of HIV. It was clear to me he was either uneducated or thought I was. Either way, horrible uncomfortable situation.

I went one night and waited 20 minutes for the manager that was more like a sea ocean size animal to out of the restroom. I went the following night... tonight... only to have have the doors closed on me 5-7 minutes early. I saw no fewer than 5 customers lost just tonight. In 5 minutes. I would give this store less than 1 star, it's just not an option.

CVS on busy Thomas Ave. corridor. I was looking for a Moneygram machine. I asked the clerk if they had one several times and he wouldn't answer a simple question. Finally he seemed to imply they didn't have one. The store was clean and well stocked but I grade them a D on communication skills and unkempt appearance of employee.

Best customer service hands down.Krystal assisted me with the cologne section because it was locked. She was so friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable about the selections. Jason checked me out also very friendly. Aria offered assistance as well. They greeted everyone that walked into the store so warm and welcoming.

The pharmacy employees are disgusting. So rude. Will not pick up the phone even for the doctor's. Have people talking on personal phones. Ivey even told me to go some where else if I did not like their service. This pharmacy should be closed or restaffed with people who really care.

This is the worst pharmacy! They have missed refills, refilled the wrong prescription, told us that they will have the prescription filled for sure before they close, come back and the tech says "oh, I forgot to tell you, we don't refill that here"!

I had previously rated this CVS 1 star. I have seen Great improvement with their services. Rylie (apologizes for misspelling) has been extremely helpful each and every time he answers the phone. I was so ready to move on but, now I'm happy to stay.

Don’t know how this place has good reviews but the pharmacy is terrible. There is no one in line there are a bunch of people there and running around with there heads chopped off. I came in for a question and waited over 20 minutes.

Don't go here! Tired of these Phoenix locations with incompetent employees that seem to enjoy wasting your time. App stated my prescription was ready and maybe a minute after leaving drive thru it was ready when I went inside.
