I was just checking out at their self check out when the machine stopped working and it wouldn't let me continue scanning my items. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come help. The old lady with long grey hair came to fix the machine. But instead she counted all my items to make sure I wasn't stealing. I asked her with as many items I've already scanned if she actually thought I was stealing. She said she wouldn't put it that way. Maybe they should have more people working and not have self check out if she was really concerned. I spent $150. I don't really think I need to steal. I won't give CVS my business again. I know they don't care, but this old lady just ruined it.

I took my kids here to get vaccinated. I booked online the same day we went, a lot of questions, but easy enough. I ended up having to call after I made the appointments and the pharmacist was friendly and helpful. When it came time for the shots, my youngest was nervous and Lonny (the pharmacist) was truly an angel. He kept her calm, explained the science behind why to keep your arm relaxed, then talked to her to distract her while he gave her the shot. She didn’t even know. I will recommend this CVS to everyone!

I frequent this location, not the pharmacy much. The young lady who runs the register is by far one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of encountering she is very happy, respectful, attentive is always making sure she has done her job as is it supposed to be DONE! vanessa is the bees knees, hands down makes this location look great! Bathrooms were locked and I was told I was not able to use them despite needing to very badly. Attendant was rude and accusatory. She claimed I did not ring up all my items in self checkout lane despite having indeed done so. She accused me before counting to make sure. The outside and inside of the building is filthy despite being in a nice part of Phoenix.

Walked into CVS @ 6:01 pm on a Saturday, stood at the pharmacy window while the pharmacist was working on something for 5 minutes. She finally looked up and said " Sorry we are closed". Couldn't have said that 5 minutes ago? Never asked what I needed, not thrilled with their service...However the cashier was very polite and helpful...8/7/21 at 6:10 pm

The pharmacists here are incredibly helpful and courteous. They run a tight ship and make sure you know what you're doing when you fill a prescription. The wait isn't normally too bad, but sometimes more complicated situations can come up and you can end up waiting. The store is well kept too, but I don't usually venture into there too often.

worse service ever in the pharmacy, on hold for ever and when some one finally answer hangs up. And the music OMG horrible and really load. As a Medical office I was expecting to be serve faster NOT Waite 20 mins. I will not recommend out Patients to go to this pharmacy again.

Very clean and well stocked CVS. Both the front end and pharmacy employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They’re always happy to answer questions and go out of their way to assist the customer.

CVS has me covered. I'm out here visiting and i ran out of my medication and the pharmacist just had my prescriptions transfer to this store. Easy breeze and i got what i needed within the hour. Thanks CVS

This is by far the best CVS in this part of town in my opinion.. they have so much stuff that regular CVS don't have and it's huge.. they even have a dollar store aisle. And Mark is always a joy …

The hours listed online are soooo wrong. They close a lot earlier than 10pm. customer service is great but the hours need to be updated so people don’t go there and find locked doors.

Hours on the store window say they close at 9. Hours on your website say you close at 9. I walked up to the door at 8:58 and your employee wouldn’t let me in. Great customer service

They have everything you need in a pinch. I like this location because they are all very nice. Sometimes at walgreens the people seem mad you are there to buy stuff it is so odd.

The pharmacy is excellent and helpful. Especially Caesar, he has gone out of his way to help me on more than one occasion and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

Why does the sign on their door & their website both say they’re open until 10::00 pm on Sunday & yet they’re closed at 9:15? So frustrating!

Friendly staff. The wait at the pharmacy was short. I was able to pop in, get what I needed and get on my way very quickly.

CVS hands down beats all the competition. I only shop here for my drugstore needs because of coupons!

Cashiers seem inexperienced and have no knowledge of how to process coupons during transactions!
