I have a twisted back. On Friday 12/15 my PCP put in a Rx for Tramadol. At 2:30 I rec’d a text from CVS stating that it was in progress. Two hours later at 4:30 I called to find out what the hangup was. I was told the Rx wouldn’t be ready until Sunday 12/17. WTH!!! I’m in massive pain NOW!
I like this drug store located inside of Target at the Metreon. Employees are nice and everything is centrally located. Hard to beat for people who live and/or work in the area.
I made an appointment for vaccine. They wouldn’t tell me there was no vaccine available until I got there. Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been.
Service over the phone was not pleasant. Got an attitude and the representative did not make an effort to support me with contacting my doctor.

Absolutely incompetent management and pharmacists. It is no wonder they are closing 900 stores when business should be booming.
Ok CVS, but a very limited range and so many things are locked away.
