Every time I enter this store they offer some new excuse for not filling my script. Today he said they won't take them early. Not even to drop off and pick up in a few days! I said I have been dropping off scrips a few days early for 30 years. He said he was a floater pharmacist and If I really wanted to leave it I could, but there is no guarantee it would be there when I came back to pick up. CVS seems to be having trouble hanging onto scripts for filling. I mean that is the only job they have. Filling a script. Now, this guy says he us a floater pharmacist. And wont be here in couple of days. Not sure what is going on, but we need some more pharmacies, please with new names new corporations and better oversight. Of course, I was DT Atlanta. Now Brookhaven and Alpharetta, they could not be more helpful and pleasant. Here, they assume I cant sue them or complain to corp. Ofc. Wrong. MJ Try Walmart and dont get thrilled about their substandard generics which are much better up North of Atl.

This is the WORST CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying to go to. They’re hours are NEVER set, they’re always closing early and when they are open, it’s chaotic with their half-trainer staff that didn’t even know how to reload a card. Like today for example, perhaps one of their busiest days of the week, and there’s a sign on the door that says “due to unforeseen circumstances” they closed early. Precisely what I’m talking about. How is this store so poorly ran that you cannot keep your doors open for the busiest day of the week. It’s pathetic. Everytime I come to this store I end up wasting my precious time depending on these clowns to do something I see I need to head to a better ran CVS location and get my business done there. I will not be coming back to this place because it is obvious that they are unable to keep the business flow at this store and are clearly poorly prepared and very poorly trained. Pitiful.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. I left 10 min ago. I went in to buy some items & it was packed due to Dragon-Con. When I bought my items & left the store on the downstairs level heading into peachtree center, the lady (young black lady) at the door with a bald/short haircut & purple shirt didn't tell me have a nice day, etc. She rubbed & clawed at her eyes for nearly 2.5 minutes because she must thought I was extremely ugly/hideous to her. However, I saw her be courteous to other customers who entered & exited thr store. I'm a student at GSU who ocassionally visited the store in the past. I won't visit this CVS anytime soon & will go somewhere else where where "ugly" people like me & my money will be shown couteousy.

This was the worst CVS experience ever!! Discuss your name blossom (I don’t think that’s her real name) was so rude and disrespectful I felt like I was under attack. She even manage multiple curse words to my daughter while I was trying to cash out. I love CVS especially the ones I’m at home state of California but here in Atlanta I will never come here again. The up setting part is that I’m only here for the week and I have a lot of extra bucks in coupons I would like to use especially since my hotel is right across the street, but I’ll rather walk to Walgreens or Rite Aid then shop at CVS while she is on shift. 0 out of 10 would not recommend AT ALL

Came here because of the late hours. Only the 1st floor was open with unnecessary items available (hair care products and food items) and all the necessary items (medical products) on the bottom floor which was closed? The staff kinda looked confused when I said it was a necessary medical item and basically said I was sol because none of the 3 employees standing in front of the stairs wanted to walk me down or walk down and get the item. Instead they chose to stand there and talk while basically ignoring me.

I was staying at a hotel nearby this Cvs. I had two small children to babysit for their mom while she was working. We walked over to the Cvs twice. Everyone that works here was so helpful. I even had a manager (I think he was a manager )named Ali who walked out of the store with me and show me the best way to get back. I have to say working in retail first Publix for 10 years and now I work at Whole foods, CVS seems to hire people that are really customer oriented!

This is a example of the good and the bad of customer service..I worked in peachtree center so I'm very familiar with the store and some of their employees..Some cashiers are are friendly and quick to help you and others are too busy having gossip conversations to pay attention..Considering this store is in the middle of the hotel district..it's all about when you get to the store, when it comes to finding what you want, cause products go fast..

I truly love the customer service in the Peachtree Center CVS. Ms. Linda and her team are amazing. One thing I can understand is, the condition in which the employees have to work in. The air condition and the bathroom should be the main things working. I don't understand, it should be HUMAN RIGHT to work in a comfortable work environment. Once again, it's my favorite store, it's just so hot. Guess I need to visit in the winter time.

Eh, I have experienced much better. The CVS was the closest place to our hotel in the downtown area to get a few items I forgot and/or needed for my stay. I will say that my walk to the CVS from the Hyatt was a bit frightening. I was powerwalking the whole time just so I could get in and out. The CVS wasn't much better once I got inside. It was small, and they had very little options and it needed a good cleaning.

This is a busy, well stocked CVS — my favorite CVS to use. When I forget my lunch, it’s my go-to location to find yogurt, cheese, veggies, sandwiches, soup, and other lunch options. They greet you with a smile and ask if you need help. You can fill a prescription, buy reading glasses for work (you may have lost or forgotten at home), get a last-minute birthday card, and bring home a loaf of bread or two.

CVS is not convenient . I Called to get my otc meds pickup location changed. Apparently cvs doesn’t offer this service??? Spoke with management twice! No help- she had a separate conversation while I was stating my grievances to her. In addition to that there online service told me upon ordering the meds that the pharmacy is open 24 hr. Save yourself a headache and go with WALMART!!!

  • Michael Jackson

Courtney and associates were wonderful and very helpful. (I frequent this location often, and sometimes the service can be hit or miss.) This wasn't the case during my last visit. Again, it's all about Courtney. Thanks for your assistance, Courtney! To CVS's management: Please reward your associates when they receive positive feedback from customers. (It matters.)

I had the best experience here. All of the staff was so polite, especially the sweet lady that helped get my babies passport photo done 30 minutes before her appointment at the passport agency! I believe her name was Kameryn. She absolutely made my day and went out of her way to make everything right! If you’re seeing this Kameryn, thank you tremendously!!!

I was staying at the Westin across the street and they dont have vending machines. I had to walk to this CVS to buy Pepsi, which is almost impossible to find down there since it is the Coke headquarters. The very friendly employee at CVS greeted me and pointed me in the right direction. He helped me find everything I needed and was very nice.

  • Bryan Liang

Staff is really helpful and got me to the art supplies I needed to grab. Its also conveniently located near the Peachtree Center, where I can easily walk from if I needed medicine or something for emergency. They also have an express self check out line, and have a good assortment of food and snacks as well.

Love the Pharmacists here. Nour is fantastic and the rest of the staff are quick, responsive and friendly. Feels more like the neighborhood pharmacy that I worked in as a teenager. The location is also really great for office workers downtown. However, I really wish they were open on the weekends too.

  • Meybely Badillo

Came here during the day and the staff members were so rude. They would literally be standing in the middle of the isles and just chatting. At one moment I was trying to leave the store but I literally couldn't because they were blocking the way and even when I said excuse me they wouldnt even move.

3/9/22. CVS, have all The snacks and drinks for your hotel refrigerator. Need socks?, forgot your deodorant? Left your foundation on the bathroom sink? You know you'll find your toothbrush as soon as open that side pocket at home! CVS GOT YOU COVERED! They have sales too! Even souvenirs!!

  • K E N N E C T E D

Open 24 hours in downtown, but that brings in all types of undesirables (this happened on two visits in three days) Store planogram is not the best. Staff is scarce and not knowledgeable. if you decide to visit this store in overnight hours, be sure to visit with a buddy.

  • Neal Bland

I don’t know what cvs the negative reviews were at - but my experience with the store has never been anything but positive. It’s a high traffic location - so cut the folks some slack on organization and clutter. Go in at 8 and it’s spotless. Go in at 5pm and it’s not.

  • Robert Early

If I could rate a zero I would. I came 90 minutes after scheduled opening through Atlanta morning traffic to get my wife's needed urgent medication to find out no one on staff has opened the pharmacy location. Thanks CVS, you continue to become worse!

  • Ann Holloway-Smith

Good customer Service too yesterday awesome gave this VIP Treatment like myself my Receipt …

  • A R

Last time I was here the pharmacist helped me save a bunch of money with coupons/rebates. Was really thoughtful of her. Also the associates at the front are very nice and always say hello and greet me when I walk in. :)

  • Angela Mo

I've been here more times than I can count to grab toiletries and stock up on some groceries, and each time has been satisfactory. Great service and very accommodating when you're trying to look for specific items.

  • Janeisha Williams

GHETTO ! Do not shop here it’s a bunch of homeless out side harassing you .The workers are extremely rude then on top of that they don’t honor there sale prices /coupons or there word ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

  • Lilandra X

Everyone who works there is friendly and polite! The pharmacist was polite and quick! I honestly did not expect to find this kind of service in downtown Atlanta, but these folks went above and beyond! :)

  • Jay ONeal

I am not sure who runs this debacle of a place. But three cashiers, and two self-service registers that had no attendants. Lots of business, but the store barely felt like it was ready for business.

The staff at CVS Pharmacy®, located in 235 Peachtree St. Ne, Suite C24, Atlanta, GA, are very friendly. I was able to purchase the items I wanted. Next time I have a chance, I plan to visit again.

  • Joshua Hoover

Not sure how anyone could give this CVS a good review. If you’re in a really tight spot like I was there’s not choice I guess, but if you can avoid this place you should do so like the plague.

  • Gail Gecawicz

Wonderful experience. I was warmly greeted by numerous employees upon arrival. Cosmetic department employee greeted me and was a tremendous help with my decision. Easy self-check out!

  • Benjamin Tiensvold

Absolute dump. Floors were beyond disgusting and covered with garbage. Carpet on stairs was so dirty. Shelves were a mess and just filth everywhere. CVS should be embarrassed.

  • Pickles McGee

Huge store with an amazing layout. Random dude snatched an energy drink from by the front door, looked at my kids and said "that's how you do it" while walking away?

  • Joseph Walston

I felt cramped and had a little difficulty finding what I came for but I was thankful that it was there. I had sick children while on vacation.

  • Jeremy Corbett

Great staff except Donna. Customer service skills are non existent. Makes the whole company look bad. She needs to find another line of work.

  • Kaleia Mayer

I’m not from Atlanta and didn’t know a two floor CVS existed so it was cool to go through. There was a large selection of food and drinks.

  • Michael Cogan

A distressed Yankee far from home was extended the epitome of southern hospitality by the gracious staff of this CVS.

  • JaZayla Huggins

Great customer service. King and James make sure you leave with whatever you’re looking for. 10/10

  • John Waddy

Saturday supposed to be open at 9. 9:18 still not open. This place sucks. Go to Publix pharmacy.

  • B S
