More or less an okay place. Karaoke can be ridiculously loud so I wouldn't bother coming with people you actually like talking to on those nights. Maybe save Jax's karaoke nights for outings with those long past expired friendships that really should have been put out to pasture years ago as you have nothing in common anymore and all Judith wants to talk about is baking cupcakes and her toe fungus.. but you just can't bring your cowardly self to end it so you agree to go out with her from time to time. The decor is basically a rundown dive bar where they slapped a fresh coat of grey paint on everything a few years ago and added fancy lights behind the bar to distract you from the minimal effort put into said decor. Pricing is great, but the really star of this place is the staff. Fabulous and and night and one of the reasons I do go back.

Been going to this bar since my parents, unfortunately, were dragging me in there as a young child in the early 90's. What a difference from then to now! Been there a few times recently and have to say that the place is MUCH nicer/cleaner than I remember it being many years ago!!! The owner, bartenders, and security seem to do their jobs well (trying to maintain an enjoyable environment and keeping the place reasonably clean), and the patio is large with good spacing and plenty of seating so you can go outside if it happens to get too loud or busy inside. It has been a pretty enjoyable experience going there so far after all these years.

The atmosphere was awesome. The place is beautiful and clean. So well kept. They need more variety in their menu and better quality food, though. I went there hoping to get some chicken wings...they don't serve that. Let's just say the food quality is equal to when you go to a picnic that you got invited to... e.g..the "bacon" strip on my husband's burger was a little over 2.5inches. I laughed so hard!!! I walked away so disappointed.

Cadillac Jax has honestly become my go to watering hole. Very nice patrons and waitresses alike. It actually feels like home. The pool tables are in great condition, and you could always catch your favorite game on the big screens. The menu is currently expanding, but the wings are off the hook. Last but not least, the karaoke nights are an actual blast. If you are looking for a great late night, full of good singers, and loud atmosphere, Cadillac Jax is the place to be

Took my buddy out for his birthday and decided to try this bar; I was not disappointed. Friendly staff and pretty good prices. Only gripe is that the bartender doesn't know what a Moscow Mule is?!???!? Lol But I had a good time and would go again :) EDIT: To answer the owner's question on why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, it's because a bartender should know their drinks. Also, due to the attitude in the owner's response, knocking off another star. Is this how the owner treats mild criticism?

Best place in town, great food and AMAZING wings. The vibe and atmosphere is amazing. Try it out because you're definitely missing out!!

The service here was very accommodating for my daughter and I. There was no change table in the bathroom, but I was allowed to change my daughter on a towel on the floor. I really appreciate that, because I checked every fast-food place on the way, and nothing in between had a change table. We ordered chicken fingers, a burger and fries, and they were very good. My daughter had a great time, and since I was able to change her, I have a good time too, lol!

I went drinking here so it's a bit blurry, but the staff was super nice when I knocked my glass over and broke it- then gave me plastic cups instead of making me feel bad about it. Karaoke area is sufficient, I was just happy to be doing it again. Great vibes all around ✨️ (I didnt eat any food so I gave a general 3 stars)

I was invited by a friend to this place on Saturday, October 28, Halloween custom night it, the negative thing is the kitchen was closed early it was 8:15pm it was a long night but we ended up leaving alittle early, it was a disappointment for the first time there I wanted to order a drink I stand at the bar for 10 minutes I haven’t been served besides that I guess it was alright.

Looking all nice and shined up for a post-covid summer! Great staff as always and some new faces. New menu items, simple but good and the same cold beer as always. All the good things about a dive bar, without the bad there used to be. Make a trip out to Jax for lunch or wing and beers with your friends.

Came here after a really rough day, the security, bartenders and all the regulars were absolutely fantastic. With where it is in the city I wouldn't expect them to keep tabs and that's totally fine as the bartenders were 100% friendly and quick to fulfill my orders even when it was packed on a Friday night. The very definition of a dive bar. If that's what you're looking for then look no further! Friendly staff, drinks are good and they don't mind doing a longer pour if you are polite and tip decently. Can get pretty crowded as it's not a large place, customers appear to be mostly locals. Pool tables can have some sharks so be careful!! :-)

The food they have is typical bar food, but great price for it as well as for drinks. Ambiance is good and people there are very friendly. The staff, owners and everyone is very nice and kind. I love coming from Burlington here and then, because the service and always a good time.

Sat out on the patio. Friendly staff; needed a grilled cheese to go (stayed a bit) and my server was so attentive to me leaving and she had my sandwich ready before I could even ask! I appreciated that since it was starting to get busy. Grilled cheese hit the spot. Reasonably priced beverages and food. Locals and regulars.

For a small local bar this place was so much fun. The service was by far better than any big name place I have been in a while. Never went without a drink or being checked on by the waitress. Other clients were open to chatting and sitting with strangers for a beer. Overall a great atmosphere.

Definitely a local watering hole - you can tell who are regulars. The place is clean including the bathrooms, staff is friendly and the food was good. Cash only though, so be prepared. There is an ABM in the restaurant, but not everyone is comfortable using one of those.

Cute place that does not have debit. It’s like going back in time. Excellent service. But….no debit. It’s a rapacious policy; charging fees on the ATM and profiting from drinks and food all at once is unethical and parasitic; preying on the most vulnerable.
