"The menu is misleading and I ordered the breakfast Stromboli (6"
"I’ve been here 3x and didn’t want to leave a review only going there once"
"BEWARE OF FALSE MENU PRICING!!!! I went there for lunch and ordered a BLT"
"I’m giving this place 1 star! Poor costumer service! I went this morning to this place around 7:30 am to get a coffee but first i needed it to use the restroom while I was waiting for my appointment at the passport building I asked if I could use the restroom, ( before ordering ) and the fist thing an Asian guy asked was if I was ordering something cause the restroom it was only for customer in a none pleasant tone"
"First off, I had a bad experience trying to order, as there is no line and people just jump in front of you when you want to order"
The menu is misleading and I ordered the breakfast Stromboli (6.99) with extra bagel (according to the menu 50 ct, but they served the lunch Stromboli (9.99) and wanted to charge 2.49 for the bagel. After a while of discussion, they gave me the breakfast Stromboli, as ordered and threw the bagel in the garbage, instead of selling it for 50 ct. I told them, that the menu is misleading, after the manager told me what they mean, but they are neither open for feedback, nor trying to have happy and friendly staff. I see the bigger problem (staff works on low salaries in an expensive area), but if this unhappiness turns into a bad experience for customers, it's better to close such a place than keeping everyone unhappy..

I’ve been here 3x and didn’t want to leave a review only going there once. My first time I got pizza was during peak lunch time and it came out fairly quick. The pizza was warmed up and seemed fresh! It was good but slightly over priced for the amount you’re getting but it’s DC. 2nd time I came here was for breakfast and I got a bagel with cream cheese. Came out fairly quickly but my only complaint is that they barely give you any cream cheese! Not worth it. 3rd time I got a cheese pizza with tax is 7.42 or so and the pizza was barely warmed up and didn’t taste fresh! I came around 1:45pm!

BEWARE OF FALSE MENU PRICING!!!! I went there for lunch and ordered a BLT. On the menu listed under breakfast to price is $6.99. When I got to the register to pay, the total with tax was $10.44!!!! I asked why it was so much when the price listed is $6.99, the cashier said "Oh, that's the breakfast price." I told her they need to list it again with the lunch price!! So beware of false pricing. I didn't know the cost of a sandwich would increase by $3 between breakfast and lunch.

I didn’t say anything and left! He treated me very hideous! Went to get my coffee to 7/11 down the corner even though they didn’t have restroom!
First off, I had a bad experience trying to order, as there is no line and people just jump in front of you when you want to order. The atmosphere is like many of the DC lunch places, kinda plain. The food was very good and inexpensive for DC area. I had the 8-inch Supreme Pizza, It was very good. The crust was crispy but not overdone, and the toppings were fresh. If I were in the area again, I would come back.

Typically this hasn't been too bad for a quick visit, though when ordering off-menu they just can't seem to get it right (this isn't to say for all staff). I get the basic egg and Swiss cheese with mayo on wheat breakfast sandwich and it's always up in the air with how it comes. The pizzas and subs, however, are very good for what they are and there's always an abundance of coffee. If you stick to the overhead menu without any deviations the friendly staff are prompt and very friendly.
The cafe is located in great spot. From the corner of the passport office. It is quite welcoming. They have a system set up to make and provide the food quickly to the customers. The ladies looked ready and motivated. The seating arrangement was arranged to maximize the space usage. My egg and cheese sandwich on rye was really delicious. Definitely recommend it. If wondering why I didn't give a five, I always think there's room for improvement, whether its price, etc.
The worst place I’ve been in the customer service at the register is mean with a nasty attitude she was very cold and I got my food extremely cold waste of time n money

Never going there again, this place needs to fix there staff
Sometimes a long wait - but worth it for fresh food and great service. Yummy personal pizzas, great sandwiches (barley free!), convenient breakfast options, and my favourite - beef bulgogi. YUM. It's a hopping place for a reason. They also have banana milk! P.s. yes, they have coffee too! Cheaper and larger than St@rbuck$, plus you can customize it however you want at their coffee bar.
Very friendly staff. Hot and cold lunches. $5-8, with chips and drink meals are about $10. Chicken salad and the chicken bbq stromboli are good. Nice fast lunch after getting passports and only a couple blocks from farragut west metro station. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of available table around 12:30-1pm friday. Clean and quite. Bathroom. Takes credit card.
You lose two stares because the old Italian guy that makes the food is RUDE! I guess where he's from they don't know how to say " please and thank you". You lose another star because you have Wi-Fi for your employees but not for your customer's, shame on you! . The food was OK I Guess. Fix Your attitude and offer Wi-Fi and you will have five stars.
The food looks great and does not disappoint. Staff was friendly and efficient. If I ever have to to USDOS, I wouldn't hesitate to come here for lunch again.

This is my favorite coffe shop and lunch stop. I seldom miss a day at the restaurant and have never had a bad meal or an unpleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a wide variety of very tasty food. Prices are very competitive for the area. I highly recommend trying the Cafe Aria.
Breakfast, lunch, sandwiches available. Next week sushi will be available. I had chili soup that was great. The coffee is also very nice. The people are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comforting.

Best bbq chicken pizza pie I've ever had. Went to this place for years as a student at GW and the pizza's have been consistent in quality. Buffalo chicken pizza pie's are really good too! Look forward to going again - hopefully in the near future!
Let me tell you something. This place is the best place I have been to by far. This is my first time in Washington D.C. The Staff here is so amazing. I'm pretty sure I met the owner. He's very welcoming and down to earth. When we talk about
Pizza was baked to crunchy. They had bulgogi! It was good. There is plenty of seating. It’s a busy place.

In the first incident, hair was in my food. Lots of it, so I consumed someone's hair. Second, my order was completely wrong, this happened twice. They need an upgrade to the menu.

Cafe Aria has got to have the most amazing Stromboli I've ever eaten. Their Bakery is second-to-none considering it's essentially a corporate Cafe serving local government Staffing contractors. Would definitely recommend!
What an amazing lunch spot! Both the pizza's and sandwiches are delicious and such a great value for the area. The staff was friendly, and I loved the general chill vibe of the place, including the unique soundtrack!

Breakfast Stromboli
Been in DC for 3 days. We ate here the last two mornings in a row! Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Love the music too. Wish we had a place like this in Oklahoma that did made to order breakfasts.
Favorite quick eats in Washington. They make a breakfast stromboli with bacon or sausage. I've never seen one before. Amazingly good and inexpensive! Air conditioned dining area. Diet Coke on tap! Yay!
Loved the bagel sandwich that I had. Comfortable and relatively quiet. I liked it and will likely return when in the area.

If you want super fresh pizza, ask for it to be customized (off menu) and they will make it fresh instead of reheating especially if you visit during their slow time.
It's a nice place for coffee and breakfast. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Just wished that it stays open on weekends or just a little bit later on weekdays.
Love this place. Staff are friendly and their pizza is delicious!

Best place in DC for mini pizza. The personal pizza is out of this world. The sandwiches are not bad either. Great place for a quick lunch.
Good egg sandwich, good coffee, nice service, low prices. Nice environment too. No complaints from me – great way to start the morning.
Sweet bagels , only two options available . Coffee was the most horrible I ever had . They can do soo much better here with breakfast
Awesome breakfast croissant with meat and cheese for about 5 bucks! Big enough to split for light eaters and filling for the hearty.
Good sandwichs, but gets really busy and they run out of items sometimes at least the few times I have been there for lunch.
Food's great but the strombolis can stand to be reheated a little longer. Prices are fantastic, service is kind and fast.
Did not listen to my order and I was charged for what I ordered but didn't fix my order correctly. Coffee was great.
One of the best bagels I've ever had!! The staff was friendly and made my morning with their smiling faces.
Best pizza so far that I've had in Dc. Everyone definitely needs to go try their pizza at least once
Good food. Lots of variety. Quick service. Reasonably priced. We got breakfast.
The Stromboli's are awesome. A great place for lunch and see the real.DC.
