Great gym but unfortunately the cafe really lets the place down. The lady (I assume manager) with the short blonde hair behind the counter at the cafe is incredibly rude and her customer service skills are in stark contrast to the rest of the lovely gym reception and crèche staff. My husband also just left there with a negative experience ordering a protein shake when this manager at the cafe who was very hostile and unfriendly and was annoyed the transaction was put through as cash when he was paying by card as it put her til out (not my husbands problem at all although she acted as if it was). Fix your customer service skills it’s extremely off putting dealing with rude staff especially if they are in a management position.
