Hands down, Uncle Johnny makes my fave coffee ever!!! Ask for a large coffee with espresso, best thing ever! It is our (My aunts, cousins and I) go to spot in Springvale and anywhere really, for a Vietnamese Ice coffee.
The 5 stars are for the coffee - it's beautifully made by the man (who I assume is the owner), and is as good as any you'd get in Fitzroy. The coffee with a pork bun is a perfect breakfast!

Absolutely bustling in the morning on weekends. Vietnamese coffee is great and so are the bubble teas and sugar cane drink. They serve pho as well.
Why get a bubble tea full of sugar when you can get fresh fruit juices here for $5?!
