Will never go back there EVER!! Went there on the morning of 24/05/2018 for a meeting with a client. While i had a chat we also had a couple of coffees. After the meeting, I ordered a bacon and egg roll for take away and drove back towards Marrickville. Had my bacon and egg roll back in the office. Towards the second half of my roll, I bit into something hard which I thought it was the bacon to start with but soon realised when I spat it out that it was a BREAD CLIP!!! SERIOUSLY A BREAD CLIP?? COME ON!!!!!! Furiously, I drove back to the cafe with my half eaten bacon and egg roll. Spoke to the staff there and said if I was ordering this for my kids, they could of chocked and died from it. I got a “half sorry” as a response, the bloke grabbed my roll off me and threw it in the bin and walked away. The way they delt with the situation was poor and absolutely rude. I’m not the type to argue to get free food but come on mate, I paid for a half eaten roll. It’s taken me over a month to write this review because every time I order a bacon and egg roll elsewhere, it reminds me of this experience and I strongly believe that people should know about the customer service-less business they are running. Even though I am a local there, I will definitely never go back there again. Could be good coffee and food but the way the staff/managements attitudes were, reflects on the whole business itself. Do yourself a favour and steer clear, go somewhere else.

Was told not to go there again I assume by owner (bearded guy) because my grandson wanted to use the toilet after ordering and he said their toilet was broken, and after i said how is he going to eat if he desperately wanted to go to the toilet, he suggested if i wanted to use the staff toilet, I said yes of course, afterwards going back to the table i whispered Thank you to him, he said next time to ask if the toilets if they are operational before ordering (very rudely) I said there will not be a next time he replied that would be better. (Very RUDE and a vibe killer…will not recommend to eat there

The best sandwiches. Lots of variety - down to the bread you can choose. Each time I've come here (and it's a lot), the standard has remained consistent which is always a good thing. I haven't tried coffee here for a while, but it wasn't my first choice years ago..but it may have improved since then! The fresh juices are refreshing and delicious. I'd say it's a bit expensive overall, but most places are these days which is unfortunate. If I could afford to, I'd be eating a sandwich for lunch here every day!

They messed up my order and gave me 2 chicken tenders instead of a chicken schnitzel. Some short long hair skinny wanna be macho man re delivered the proper meal that i paid for but when i told him i had thrown out the old chicken tenders out he refused to give me my meal and walked away. I called the store and threatened to call the police and he had to come back a THIRD time and re-redeliver my food which i had paid for. Sad encounter and because of him I now take my daily business to cafe Beretta down the road with no regrets, foods better anyway in my opinion. They lost my business for good.

One of the best place, for breakfast, in the area. I used to order from Uber, but, at this stage, I wanted to try it “on the spot”. Excellent service; fast delivering of order and kitchen, and really clean place. The quality of the food, is ridiculous, and I wish, I could eat their breakfast, every morning. Everything, is perfectly cooked, and well presented. Free car park, just in front of it, and, if you need some shopping, coles is one step away. Been eating like a beast? No worries, this place has amenities

Paid $8.5 for a ham and cheese toasted croissant only to have too return it as it was not toasted at all! Wait a following 10 minutes to have the toasted croissant returned again not fresh and BURNT! The young girls working the front counter need a lesson on how to be polite when dealing with their own mistakes without attitude. Will not be returning don’t waste your money or time dealing with a cafe that cannot make a basic toasted over priced croissant!

Another great local eatery with great service. Food is excellent and hot drinks is a hit and miss. My partner says that the coffees don't have a consistent taste unless it's made by a particular staff name Rachel. Apparently she makes great coffee. My decaf is always great from this staff member

I visit this café regularly but thinking of moving across the road. The staff are always generally pleasant but the owner/manager is quite the opposite. He rarely smiles or even speaks let alone get a please or thank you from him. He never looks happy. Its pretty much a fundamental of good customer service. Whilst not as easy to park across the road the staff are at least very happy and pleasant and can manage to say please, thank you and have a good day.

Figaro never lets me down. They’re always open, public holiday or not… their coffee is great, and I love their breakfast burgers too. Delicious fresh juice

Great little Cafe with great food and coffee! Go there regularly, and the service is tops! Today though? No table service. Had to get own menus and go to order which is not a problem, but looking at how it has been up to today! One young staff member spent more time on the phone and doing dance moves than dealing with customers! Shame for a good place to eat!!

Was my favorite cafe. Till recently. 9.45am sat down and the girl working the floor did not notice us till we decided to get our own menu, the she took of to woolies without offering a coffee. Previous visit big breaky was flooded with water from poached eggs and spent 5 mins waiting for the girls to finally part with there own staff toilet paper. Would love the opportunity to edit this review.

Orders 2 sandwichs and fries with Ubereats for a total of $40. The fries were super stale. I add 3 and couldn't eat more. The sandwichs (schnizel and blat) were very greasy. The paper wrap around it was soaked when it arived. Cooked lettuce in the schnizel sandwich is usually a big no for me. I ate halt of mine and that was already too much, it made me feel sick. Will not by from here again.

Have been here a few times to eat in and get take away. Coffee is good however the food/service is not. Each time we have ordered food we have received the wrong thing. Ordered salmon at $21 with salad, tomatoes etc and received salmon and chips. Ordered a big breakfast take away and only chorizo and egg in the container? Their own menu and somehow they continue to get it wrong.

The price at this cafe when up so so much and the owner George is just not a business man When I said your price when up so so much they said we don’t care these cafe across the road which have better services and with less the price

We came here for lunch and was nice. My ma had the steak sandwich and I had the Nutella French toast. The Nutella French toast was really nice as it wasn’t overly sweet and filling too. Plus I had the mango smoothie and it was really good too. I can’t wait to come back to try other things on menu More

I go to the cafe every day coffee is great staff are so nice BUT I give a 1 because the lady who only works on Sunday has the worst customer service she is extremely rude. I refuse to go on a Sunday & so do a lot of the locals because how rude she is. & she can’t make a coffee to save her life.

This cafe makes one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The chai latte is perfect, always hot and always the perfect amount of flavour. There are also so many options on their menu of both breakfast and lunch foods. The Figaro plate is my absolute favourite and I will be back again soon!

Best service! Friendly staff! Make the best coffee in town! Try anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed

Regular customer from this place. Ordered thru UberEats today the chicken salad as it is my favorite, to my surprise was a bit stash of white hair in it. Had to chuck away the whole thing. Sad to take this off my fav to order ever!

We were so surprised with the quality of food they provide. We had the steak sandwich and smoke salmon bagel and they were so nice!!! Definitely must try

Nice sandwiches but not sure how it got its previous good reviews for coffee. I didn’t think the coffee was all that great. Normally good baristas advertise the brand of coffee used but not so here.

I love this cafe, it has a very relaxed family friendly vibe with great coffee, outstanding service and delicious food. I had the Figaro Ricotta dish and it was 10/10. Highly recommend a visit.

Walked in and staff ignored me, waited a few minutes then left. Extremely poor service. Went to Cafe 191 and was instantly greeted with "good morning, what can I get for you". Lift your game.

Staff was absolutely lovely. Atmosphere was great, coffee was amazing. But will legit keep coming back just because the girl taking my order / serving my coffee was sweet, patient, and kind.

Staff welcomed us with a smile and it we sat outside and enjoyed a really great flat white in a beautiful breeze after a very hard day's work. Casual, relaxing and pleasant. Thank you!

Was waiting patiently to order a coffee and some fat old fk pushes in front. Staff see this and just ignore it, happy to not support this cafe as the staff don't seem to care.
