The Service: Two employees were visible when I entered. I was not greeted with a hello upon entry, but the staff seemed to be in a good mood. The gentleman that took my order was soft spoken and polite. He asked for my order with a smile and was just loud enough for me to hear when my order was ready. The Coffee: I ordered a large iced vanilla latte, it had a favorable balance between bitter and sweet with an overall lightness to it. As a personal preference, next time I would ask for one additional shot of espresso with one additional pump of Vanilla for a more bold flavor. Atmosphere: Cafe Mollie provides an uplifting energy that slows the heart rate and relaxes the mind and body. This is done through the music selection and visual surroundings. The furniture is abundant for the size, but has a max seating capacity of 24-26 across 10 individual tables.

Loved the place! Perfect place to study or even a date! I loved the owners they are so friendly! This place just opened a week ago and a hidden gem for sure. The pastries are amazing. Cafe Mollie has quickly became one of my favorite coffee shops in Phoenix! It’s walking distance from my house, when the weather permits it I’ll walk over or bike to this cute shop filled with beautiful and luscious plants! The barista, Alyssa knew what my “usual” was after only visiting twice! I get the Vietnamese coffee and it’s incredibly yummy! Their menu has a delicious Asian flare to it and has different specials all the time. They also have a couple of spots for some solid IG worthy pics. The aesthetics and vibe of this place are immaculate! Thanks for being my fave coffee shop!

This is a cafe you will keep coming back to. This is a perfect place dates, work meeting, or a casual get together. The owners are so sweet and the young baristas are a joy. There is so much life in this place and the esthetic of the plants is such a beautiful touch. The pastries are my favorite (with gluten free and dairy free options). The drink are made to customize so have fun with it.

Went to try Süss Pastries' blueberry lime fruit pockets, and it was as delicious as I'd hoped--crisp, buttery crust, icing not too sweet or hard, blueberry filling so full of blueberry flavor. I didn't get a picture of the taro matcha from the cafe, and while it was light on the matcha flavor, it was yummy and beautiful to look at. Clean, sleek atmosphere and quick service, would stop in again next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Stopped in on a Thursday morning to do some work. Quiet shop with a variety of good seating options (small tables, countertop barstools, comfy sofa). It was mostly empty while I was there but saw a steady flow of customers popping in. Good wifi. Iced Taro Latte was surprisingly good. Initially it seemed overpowered by the espresso, but with a quick stir the taro flavor came through. Worth a try! Note: I had trouble finding the right parking lot when using google maps. Park in the lot just north of Artichoke pizza and you’ll find plenty of space.

I can't give ratings for anything unfortunately. Twice when I was hoping for some coffee they closed early and taped a sign to the door. Another time I waited in the parking lot until 8 to purchase a boba tea but it wasn't boiled and ready yet. So...I am going to have to say three strikes and your out. It looks cute inside but I want a local place I can rely on to be open during the listed schedule and ready to serve when the doors open. The sweet gal working inside said they sometimes close early because they are students and have things to do.

LI have been frequenting Cafe Mollie twice a week for coffee dates. I get the Lotus Energy with either Lychee Boba or Aloe Vera Jelly. They have sweet pastries in the form of homemade poptarts and we've tried every variety, each one better than the last. I will be trying their savory pastries next time! The staff is friendly and helpful, always geared with a recommendation. I have hesitated to review this because I am afraid of crowds, but they deserve everyone's business! Great spot to study/read, or a coffee date.

The atmosphere here is lovely. There's no lack of diversity of the types of people that show up to hang out here. There's punks, witches, people who look like they just came from a meeting... It's a great place to chill and seems to be a nascent third space. The coffee here is lovely as well, I've only had a few of the drinks but each one was made exactly to my desires as will as being quite high quality.

The drinks are okay. The boba was not the kind I'm used to, more like a jelly instead of popping or smooth. The atmosphere is awesome though and if you're looking for a very nice place to just sit, chat, and relax this is it. Thai tea was okay, not great. Blue lotus drink tasted like a slightly better energy drink. The red lotus drink tasted kind of like red bull which is not good to me. Green tea is actually pretty good, better than Starbucks for sure. I didn't try any food or pastries.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Central Phoenix! I love that the menu includes items like an ube latte that most other places don’t have. The coffee is fantastic, as is the matcha. They even have boba! Super pleasant atmosphere and vibes inside. Everything is fresh and it seems they’re sometimes understaffed, but the quality drinks here are always worth a little extra wait. Friendly staff and clean place. One of our favorites!

Their drinks are so good that if a friend recommended it to you by word of mouth, they would over hype it and you'd think it would SURELY be a disappointment but NO, IT'S THAT GOOD. Great vibes! White brick walls, rattan and variety of greenery...I love it. Plenty of seating for meeting friends, studying, working or reading. Hidden gem! Atmosphere is great! Delicious yummy Vietnamese coffee and Espresso Chocolate Bar (pictured), soothing background music, plenty of parking. Staff very friendly.. This is a new Cafe that looked interesting; so I walked in to check it out. I was gradually hit with a very stuffy air feeling and a very bad, stale odor. I waited several minutes for a staffperson who didn't greet me when she showed up or offer assistance. I don't smell odors well; so it must smell really bad. I certainly wasn't going to get a drink or food after that and left. Not recommended.

My favorite neighborhood coffee shop! The cold brew is exceptional and they're always coming up with unique lattes. My first favorite was the white sesame, and right now I'm enjoying the campfire cold brew with a toasted marshmallow on top.

Taro Latte

The Lotus energy drink with passion fruit was quite nice. Very light and refreshing, and they said it was a healthy alternative to usual energy drinks. The Vietnamese iced coffee was not good. It was super acidic and bitter and did not taste like a Vietnamese coffee at all. It was bad. Customer service was super friendly, and the place was cute! Overall, not a bad experience.

Great coffee shop! I enjoy the vibe and design of the place a lot. It is stunning and the perfect size. I got a cold brew with oat milk and it was wonderful. I sat at a nice table and had a plug for my laptop to charge and fast internet. I will be returning soon! I highly suggest you check it out. Also, I saw they had gluten free treats. I will be giving those a try next time.

One of the most disappointing boba drinks I've ever had. The milk tasted really old and it had a weird grainy texture. Didn't taste anything like ube nor milk tea; wasn'tat all sweet. It was just really horrible overall to the point where I couldn't even finish it because it started hurting my stomach :( Really nice atmosphere though! Too bad about the disappointment.

It's all good at Cafe Mollie! Was here for the soft opening and grand opening. Tried the black tea, milk tea, nitro cold brew, and thai tea. All good!!! Awesome local husband and wife team who own and run the place. Chill and sip sip in this cozy chic cafe. Service on point. Vibe is right!!!

Stopped by today to try their Vietnamese egg coffee and banh mi and oh my goodness it is amazing! I’ve had Vietnamese coffee in Seattle and was not able to find a place that offered something like this. It taste just as good as Seattle! Also their banh mi pork burrito is my fav!!!

My husband and I visited yesterday morning and immediately fell in love. The environment is calming and cute. The woman behind the counter was taking all the orders and making all the drinks and she did it with a smile. I chose a fall themed drink and it did not disappoint. We will be coming back again soon!

Another great independent cafe. Asian inspired flavors and I believe woman and/or minority owned too! I know of nowhere else in Phoenix I can get a taro-matcha latte and it was delicious! My locally made blueberry-lime "poptart" was perfect, as if my lola (grandma) made them. Phoenix, you makin' me proud.

I love this place, the pork banh mi burrito is OH! so GOOD! Staff is amazing and the place is just what I need to read and enjoy an amazing Vietnamese coffee. TRY IT!!

Mississippi girl here. Such a cute place!! We stopped by and I loved all the plants and everyone was so nice. Honestly, the lavender latte was amazing so I had to go back and get another before we left to go home. If I’m ever in Phoenix again, I will definitely go back!

Yesssss. I have had dirty chai lattes all over the valley, this place finally did it. It's actual tea and espresso. Not sugar milk and cinnamon! Oh and the little garlic cheese bun was heavenly. Thanks for being here and doing things properly.

I find myself coming to this coffee shop at least once a week. They have different types of tasty pastries and their coffee is really good. There’s plants and a white and green nature aesthetic. It’s super cute and intimate.
