I went here recently for lunch. We ordered: - Excuse My French (GF) - Shakshuka with Mushrooms - Nourish Bowl - Banana Classic Smoothie - Pick Me Up Juice - Fresh OJ - Coffees The service was great and the food is always so well presented. We actually received two of the pick me up juices instead of one OJ but it was quite nice so I just drank it anyway. My Dad loved the nourish Bowl, the dressing wasn't to his liking but he said he didn't need it, everything else was so good. My mum had never had Shakshuka before and she really liked it, especially with the toast to dip in to the sauce. I've had the french toast a few times before and always loved it, unfortunately this time it was a little disappointing, the GF toast tasted stale, it was dry and crumbly and not very palatable. There wasn't as much fruit on the dish as usual and instead of the ice cream that it was meant to come with it came with some kind of maybe sorbet, but it was a strange texture and I didn't eat it. Sunday the 24th April 2022 at 2.00pm went for lunch at this Cafe been there several times but on this day the service was atrocious. My husband and I ordered an all day breakfast pancakes . I received my pancakes 20 minutes later my husband still hadn't received his I went in cafe and asked where his was they said it was on its way . I said I wanted to eat with me husband . Other people were seated 20 min after us and were all served there meals. The staff all were grinning Still 10 Min later we hadn't received his asking another waiter he said it's on its way . We went inside and told them to forget my husband over as it was half an hour. I have never seen such an unorganised bunch of people they all stood there grinning and not even offering a refund but told us we can have it to take away . My husband and I went to eat together not for me to eat there and have his to take home . What a joke .The Sunday staff was so poor so disappointed as been there many times .

I have been getting my breakfast every Sunday from this location, and food has always been sublime. I have always enjoyed their coffee, and I feel it never lacked an effort, until a recent visit to this cafe. The staff were rude to my family, who I had chosen to take here on a whim as I had such a great experience previously with this business. They made multiple errors with allergy conditions on two separate items for my sister, as well as getting my parent's order wrong. I barely ate my food this day, as the attitude of the server put such a foul taste in my mouth, I will never eat from this cafe ever again. Thank you for such a rotten experience, and I hope someone will read this from your establishment, not that I think it would change anything with the behaviour that was portrayed to me on my last visit.

Really disappointing. After waiting 15 minutes to be served I realised the restaurant didn’t offer table service, very poor communication on the waitresses behalf there was no sign or verbal communication as we sat down. My family and I (3 people) waited an hour for our food. When it finally arrived the lamb koftas were dry and overcooked not to mention it was piled on top of a stack of chips, fell off the plate into the waiters hand and he just dumped it back onto the plate and the other one slipped off the plate onto my mothers lap, the waiter did not replace it. The staff were really unprofessional and quite clueless. Really unfortunate.

Did not enjoy. Went for breakfast, ordered a large coffee was delivered a regular. Ordered the Haas Avocado with fetta and cherry tomatoes. I added 2 poached eggs. The avocado was not fresh, it was from a packet, quite mushy and not very flavoursome. No eggs. I returned the dish and asked for the eggs. The dish was returned to me with 1 egg only. Wait staff are not on their game, dress in active wear with runners. They look like customers. Lots of room for improvement.

This is my favourite cafe ever! I always go after uni with my friends and they have the best food ever. The interior in general is very aesthetically pleasing and the service is literally amazing. The food always comes out so fast, tastes delicious and looks like art, and the employees are super friendly and fun to talk to! The manager Amber is also such a kind hearted person and should be so proud for the way she manages the cafe. I definitely 1000000% recommend this cafe, and also their new location in Mount Druitt!

My server Christelle M She was so nice and understanding when my order got mixed up. She personally took it upon herself to fix it up for me. I love coming here to the caddens cafe co and will be returning with my aunt next week.

Not sure what's happened to this place. Used to be pumping, full all mornings and afternoons. Now it's gone down the toilet. $5 for a small coffee with plant milk! Absolutely insane. The Cafe is empty for a reason. Where are all the old staff gone? There's no more atmosphere. Oh and the many times we tried to have coffee and food an hour before close, we turn up to find all the chairs packed away already or even about to close the doors. I don't see this place lasting long. Sad end to a success story.

Been here a bunch of times now. The staff are always trying to look after us and be friendly. Orders come out quick. The food and iced/speciality drinks all tends to be on the sweeter/sugary side, the coffee, even though it's Toby's Estate, seems to get messed up unless you order specially or sometimes I add sugar (which I should not expect for a good coffee from Toby's). I look forward to their next menu and I'll keep going back cos it's an overall an enjoyable 4 star place to eat and grab coffee.

Decent breakfast place. I find their waffles a little bit too loaded & sweet for breakfast. My partner’s meal he found a bit plain. Loaded fries was pretty average. Still a good place to visit as there’s not a lot of breakfast places in the area that has instagrammable food.

A gem in Caddens! I first went there to have the milkshakes and thought their desserts were bomb but took my mum, brother and partner out for brunch and everything was YUM! Portions were also large! Price was decent! Staff is super friendly. I will come here more and try each new dish! Highly recommend the Steak Sandwich and Cheeky Chick!

Always incredibly friendly every time we're here! One of the hidden gems of this region! Their coffee was lovely, their scrambled eggs were quite nice and they were able to do poached eggs perfectly. The cafe itself is quite comfortable too, easy to get to, plenty of parking... great spot! Definitely would recommend if you're in the area looking for a nice cafe.

Fantastic food and coffee. Have had the churros, breakfast bun, stacked waffles and the cheeky chook before. My only issue is with the crazy shakes. For that price I wouldn't expect to have the fake Cottees flavoured syrup which I think tastes awful. The snickers on the side a long with the Nutella and M&Ms is really good though.

Great ambience, friendly staff, clean premises, but please offer water to your guests! The shakshuka is the best I've ever had, beautifully flavored and didn't come out piping hot to avoid burning the tongue. Definitely a must try! The pistachio maple pancakes - although beautifully presented - needs more work. The pancake itself isn't as fluffy and flavorsome on its own as I would have liked.

Had lunch here with family today, ordered fish and chips, the fish was very hot but the chips were cold and didn't look inviting, the other meals were good though. Please make sure the whole meal is hot and we'll be back, we would rather support local business.

Walk in breakfast on a Sunday- pleased that we got a table inside, no wait. Hubby didn't relay the info from the waiter that we needed to order at the counter, but the staff were all super lovely and friendly, so wasn't an issue at all. Food was yum and came out fairly quickly for such a busy time. Kids made a mess and a fuss and staff didn't bat an eye about it. Great spot.

I m foodie and we drove 50 minutes to try this place. Caddens is a not your typical place to visit but it seems its developing like American style of suburb. The food was average and the portion was decent. The waitress was semi professional didn't even bring tap water. Very average and wouldn't recommend.

Very good customer service and crazy good desserts. 15 bucks and you get dessert for 2 people as they are quite big. I finished all myself cos it was very good. They have very good fresh juice and although the food menu is not very extensive, everything is very well made. Very good choice to serve what you know you can do very well.

I will say that the food that we ordered was quite nice. The açai smoothie was really tasty. However, 2 pieces of hair was stuck into my breakfast this morning. It’s sad that the food was good but to find a human hair twice is unhygienic. For this I won’t be coming back.
