Coffee was okayish but that’s about it. Expensive, superbad service and food temperature not okay. We ordered 6 classic toast (€8,- each that holds 2 piece of bread and 2 slices - H/C) and got 5. The last one took about another 15 minutes, after asking 3 times some of the employees even said “I don’t know!? I didn’t take the order!” When the guy in the front said; what can I do to apologize, he came back with… nothing. Sorry I can’t do anything. We decided to pay and leave and when I wanted to speak to the manager/owner, one friendly staff member walked inside the restaurant and the manager didn’t wanted to come out to talk to me - Whilst seeing him sitting inside behind the glass doing nothing. Reading all the other reviews I completely understand each single review and the score of 1,2. We have seen 12 people (5 different tables) walking away before they ordered. I wish we could have been smart in advance, although I had a good coffee in the same place 10 years ago. Good old days - to end a little positive. tip to the owner: face your clients, they pay your bills! Train your staff, they make a good service and profit!

It ruined my experience with friends in Milan. We were waiting for a 4.3 ratings seafood restaurant to confirm our reservation around 8:30p.m. for already 1hour. However, after a long day journey, we really starved then. So we decided to find a substitute. At the moment we checked this restaurant's menu, the waiter just wanted to take us to the seat straight away without our permission. We were still hesitating whether to dine in or not!!! As for the service, it was not that bad but the waiters guessed our nationality and spoke to us with foreign language, LOL. Though he was not offending us, it could be impolite for someone else. For the foods, I don't even want to leave comments. You could literally find their replication at supermarkets. Maybe they just served you with frozen foods, I found the bread they gave really tasted like the one I bought from Costco.

I went there with my bf and before we could sit at a table we were asked if we want to eat. After us another couple came and they wanted just to sit at a coffee and he told them “no no. Mangiare or no”. I ordered a pizza and my bf Pasta Carbonara. My pizza was extremely soggy and if you lifted a slice, everything will fall off of your pizza. The carbonara was merely okey at taste, even tho it looked better than the pizza. I got a skin rash in that night and my bf had stomach ache all day. We really don’t recommend this place. If you want to have a coffee with the great duomo, just sit on the ground. It will be a much better experience.

So it is kind of funny. We were actually trying to eat at the place next door, but the host from this place would stand out front and poach customers and made it look like it was the same place, and then lead you over to their place. We had no idea until we sat and got the menu, which was obviously completely different from the one we were looking at in front of the other place. Regardless, we decided to stay and the food was good. We ordered some delicious wine, and I had pasta that tasted great. I would return again. Service was friendly, and the view of the cathedral was amazing!

Came to eat here with my family and had a horrifyingly terrible experience. The staff was insanely disrespectful towards me and my family and made the experience horrible. The place is also very unsanitary and I could not believe my eyes when passing to go to the bathroom. A mouse walked past in the kitchen and no one seemed to bat an eye towards it. After seeing this, we immediately left and we still cannot believe this actually happened. A warning towards all families and people debating to go here. Please learn from my experience and do not let this happen to you!

Esperienza a dir poco abominevole, cibo da far star male (letteralmente, dopo la carbonara che ho mangiato ho avuto gonfiori e mal di pancia per tutta la giornata), la pizza manco voglio commentarla perché per fortuna non l'ho manco assaggiata, ma a giudicare dall'aspetto quelle surgelate in confronto sono oro colato. Per avere il resto abbiamo aspettato una decina di minuti per poi scoprire che il cassiere stava mangiando, per questo c'era tutto questo ritardo.. mi dispiace non poter dare 0 stelle, le meritano in pieno.

Sono stata in questo “ristorante” per pranzare, camerieri cortesi, bella posizione ma non merita. Buono il prosciutto di Parma buona la mozzarella di bufala ma per quanto riguarda le cose che hanno fatto loro, ragazzi non ci siamo, abbiamo ordinato la “pasta” chiamiamola così , era scottissima il pesto sapeva di vongole e quella al pomodoro c’era più acqua che sugo tra l’altro acido. MA MENOMALE NON ME SO PRESA A CARBONARA a pasta la faccio MEJO io

We waited a long time for our order. First, they brought the daughter, lasagna, and only after 15 minutes they brought the remaining dishes. Milanese cutlet - thin chicken breast fried in breadcrumbs, dry and without sauces, until asked. Rizoto - just rice porridge with saffron. Beer is 6 times more expensive. For dinner for 4 people we spent 100+ euros

volevo andare a signorvino, il cameriere ci ha ingannati facendoci pensare stessimo andando lì. alle 6 non fanno aperitivo, danno solo un drink tra l’altro costoso, e non servono nessun tipo di cibo di accompagnamento, quando abbiamo chiesto il conto per andarcene il prima possibile ci hanno fatto attendere venti minuti per darci il resto. Scadente. Fanno pagare il coperto anche se non mangi cibo.

Una vera sciagura. Pessima esperienza. Colazione da incubo con camerieri scarsissimi che non hanno idea di come servire un cliente senza metterlo a disagio per i loro disagi professionali. Hanno dimenticato vari ordini e hanno sbagliato a fare i conti e ci hanno fatto pagare diviso 2 e non 3… non hanno portato nemmeno il resto. Pessimo davvero, mai più. Posti del genere dovrebbero essere più chiusi delle scuole a Napoli. Addio.

If I could select zero stars I would. The service is abysmal! Once you're seated they ignore you. I waved at 2 of the waiters chatting to each other to get another drink & they ignored me. Only when I waved my empty glass did they respond. I had to get up & go to the bar to ask for ice for my drink. Don't go here.

Siamo andati a prendere qualcosa da bere prima di pranzare. Ottimi i cocktail, il cameriere con il codino arrogante, scortese e con pochissima voglia di servire il cliente. Siamo stati costretti a pagare poiché senza aver chiesto il conto, è stato portato al tavolo il totale di ciò che avevamo preso. Il tutto mentre stavamo ancora finendo di bere.

Stopped by for beverages with my parents, but when we tried to order the waiter said that 'they don't sell drinks right now, only alcohol' but other tables had juices, sodas, coffees. Not sure why they were so aggressive telling us they didn't want our business after they told us what table to sit at and waiting for a long time. Hard pass.

Annoyed waiters, charged me 5 euros for "setting up my table". The most outrageous situation was when the wanted to make my girlfriend wait outside of the restaurant while waiting for the toilet to become vacant. In November, while she was in a short sleeve, with 5 degrees outside. Avoid this place !

Everyone is hating on this... not sure why. We sat out the front with an amazing view of the cathedral and had an Carbonara pasta each. Sure it was pricey but it was a great taste and the waiters were nice. I wouldn't hesitate to go back... no idea why it has such a low score Altro
