Came along with 24 others for an end of year / Christmas lunch. Great food. I had the half ribs, chips and slaw. Service was quick. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and warm. Beer was cold There were a number of groups being served. With such a large number of people it was a little difficult to hear each other speak. I do recommend coming for the food and the service.

A must do in Adelaide is attend one of the Caledonian’s wine / whiskey events. They always have a great selection of wines and or whiskey’s matching always delicious foods. Congratulations must go to the proprietor and it’s staff.. recommend getting on the email list and book your seats ️

Excellent table service and tasty food. The chicken Parm was great I added bacon as it didn't come with ham, the other dish was salt and pepper squid both were great. The cokes we ordered came in a glass bottle with glasses and there was a candle lit at the booth we sat at. The atmosphere was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Pleasant enough pub with lovely courtyard. Good service. Very busy dining area. Amazing selection of wines and spirits. Meals delicious, apart from seafood basket which was a little average. Perfect steak house chips. Burger delicious. Steaks and pork cutlet cooked perfectly. Hard working waiting staff were attentive and professional.

I visited with a group of people for dinner. The organiser told me that it was very straightforward to setup the event and get the custom menus prepared. The food was great. I had the lamb toast as the main and it was superb. They have a good wine selection as well.

The food here is absolutely delicious, especially the Pork Ribeye, and the service is impeccable. You've created a memorable dining experience! Also, the cocktails are nice.

Not so great Vegetarian options. The Vegetable Pie served for main was below average, It was just a pastry sheet and bit of veggies wrapped. Will never go unless it is absolute necessary.

I had had a poor experience some years ago at this pub, and hadn't been back until Friday night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Orders were placed for dinner....and then we waited... and waited. I wouldn't say that the pub was flat out.

Visited here a couple of weeks ago just before the end of lunch service. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare! Nice and crunchy Korean chicken pieces. Large servings of chips and slaw as well. Friendly staff to compliment our meal here.

Food was very average chips Luke warm. Lobster rav was like frozen tv dinner. Really bad. The burger was ok but still chips warm and took almost an hour to get it. Waiter wasn’t exactly rude but not friendly at all More

We had an alright, mid-week feed at the Caledonian. Friendly service and charming venue. Wouldn’t order the the lamb hummus again and the steak was severely over cooked but the parmi was a real winner.

A good venue, where not one person in our large group could fault the staff, menu or food. Very pleasant experience.
