Selection is ok. Quality is reflected by the price. I've been there several times and bought a few pairs of shoes. The last pair I bought has held up quite well with a lot of wear. However, last month when I was there I found the interaction between the Manager/Supervisor and her staff troubling. She was constantly harping on the staff in front of customers. When I first entered the store an associate said, "Be with you in a moment!" And the manager said sternly, "We don't make customers wait a moment, you go now." Later, she was telling her staff from across the store to check on me, the accociate replied that she just did, and she yelled "check again." I spoke up and said I didn't need assistance. I understand, as a supervisor, the importance of following up with staff. It just seems more appropriate to be done behind closed doors and in a respectful manner.

I returned a pair of shoes that I wore for only an hour but they killed my feet. The girl said "we don't claim comfort, we just are here for style" .. she said this multiple times to my astonishment and would not offer me a refund with my receipt. I asked her to do me a solid and she rolled her eyes and finally gave me.a gift card and tried to make me feel bad by saying the shoes are going in the garbage.. so unprofessional. I'm unsure where these stores find their employees.

Victoria is the nicest sales lady! I am a size 5 and it can be very hard to find the right fit. She brought out a bunch of different selections for me try on and recommended styles that fit similar and would work with insoles. She was patient, kind and not pushy. I walked away with 2 boots and 1 pair of heels, and a huge smile on my face. Thank you!!!

Nice shoes for a reasonable price when on sale. Friendly staff and willing to help out with decisions. The person helping me was willing to get me like 5-10 boxes of different shoes and different sizes. I left happy for what I spent. I just don’t like how they always push for maintenance sprays and polishes that aren’t essential.

Nice shoes, and good priced bags. Usually they have good sales, and you can grab your favorite pair of shoes at a better price. The staff is very friendly, but the store is quite small. The accessories are gorgeous, but usually pricey.

Victoria at the Kingsway mall location is amazing! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed with my wobbly feet! I would recommend this store to everyone! Ask for Victoria ☺️

My bought me a pair of shoes and were mailed to our home address. On arrival they proved to be a size larger than expected. I was able to easily exchange in their West Edmonton Mall branch.

Sold me worn shoes. I bought sandals without trying them on or opening the box. I got home a they were dirty on the bottoms and had toe prints from someone else's feet. Super gross.

Great place, staff are awesome and helpful. Right now (covid) there is a barrier and you'll be let in when people leave. Theres not much of a wait time at all.
