“Stress-free removals” - anything but… bottom line, go with someone else if you want a seamless move. Multiple issues with these guys, still unresolved 3 weeks since pick-up. 1. Drop-off was over 2 hours earlier than scheduled. If my housemate wasn’t at home nobody would have been there to receive the delivery. 2. Bed was meant to be put together on delivery (as it was also dismantled on pick-up) though was just left - removalists had to return to finish the job. 3. One item (thankfully only a shoe rack) was delivered to the wrong address and was only able to be rescheduled for re-delivery a week later. 4. Parts of an exercise machine went missing - located 3 weeks since pick-up only after we chased up multiple times (still yet to confirm with a photo they are correct item). 5. Terrible customer service - Scott from head office has blatantly lied to us (said he has returned calls when he hasn’t), been sarcastic, and offered no apology let alone reimbursement for all these issues. Strongly suggest choosing another company - moving is stressful enough - you don’t need the added stress of dealing with these guys.

I have read the reviews and cannot believe what I read. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My brother who has multiple sclerosis (a paralysing illness and disability) and is in a wheel chair has been waiting for them to deliver the recliner chair he needs for his condition for over 2 weeks. From Adam, to Michael to Blake they have continually lied to me and my disabled brother about the delivery date constantly making excuses for not delivering it and postponing the delivery date on 5 occasions now. They make promises that are dishonest and do not return calls. They are unreliable, unprofessional and untrust worthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They have no respect or consideration for disabled people. Their conduct shows they do not care for the needed or disabled people. Worst company ever. Never have I dealt with a company that has lied that many times and continued to make excuses. They refused to take responsibility or discount the cost the delivery or make a special after hours delivery given they have lied on 5 separate occasions about the delivering the item and never delivering it.

Had an appointment with Caloundra Removal to quote my Interstate move, they postponed our original appointment and then no showed the second appointment. I called numerous time to see what was going on, and got a call back from the office, who didn’t know where the Sales person was, but they said they would follow up. Got no reply, however the next day they email a quote, without ever seeing or discussing what was to be moved. Interesting way of doing business, if they were too busy, or couldn’t be bothered they should have just said so, instead of making an appointment and then no showing. I wonder if they would have shown up and be bothered if I had chosen them to do my move. Based on my experience I would not recommend them. The removalist we went with was the exact opposite and a pleasure to deal with.

The entire crew that assisted us with our pre-pack and uplift over the period of the 8th and 9th of December 2022 were absolutely excellent. They were polite and courteous, and we felt that they treated our belongings and home with respect. We would like to thank Michael, Kyli and the team for their outstanding service. We have moved 17 times during our lives together and this is by far the best service we have been provided. I have used this company for the 3rd time now. Back in 2007, I used this company to moved a large spa from Sydney to Townsville and this time I sent antique furnitures to Charters Towers Queensland. This company has a professional customer service and very prompt in communications.Your professional service, punctuality and care of the items just make customers to come back. You guys deserve a five star and will definetely use Caloundra Removals again in the future.

I couldn't recommend Caloundra Removals more highly. They were recommended by our neighbours, and true to the feedback were easy to deal with, quoted a very reasonable price, and made the move itself a breeze. The removalists on the day were personable and professional, and took excellent care of everything. It made the whole experience stress-free, and that has never been my experience of moving before! The first contact was professional spoke to Scott awesome guy made everything clear and assertive no delay in emails going back and forth answered my questions and no extra costs other than service that was provided arrived earlier than we would have thought and the guys took great care of our things put the heavy things in the places we wanted just a overall Greta experience and we would love to book the services if ever needed in the future.

I have used this company 5 times for the movement of boxes and furniture from Melbourne, Sydney, Caloundra and Gympie at first because they were the most professional after that, it was pure customer loyalty. Each time the staff and drivers have been very polite and very accommodating. If there were an award for amazing customer service in removals and storage, these guys would win hands down. Can't thank them enough.

This company broke a new dining room table, irreplaceable crockery and original art work. Their response was to flick pass to an insurance company from whom we have heard nothing. We would suggest you avoid this mob completely because clearly they have no regard for other people’s property. We will make sure our experience is shared on multiple social media platforms and will never consider them again

Caloundra Removals have now packed and uplifted my house twice in the past 8 months , the service was impeccable the team at Caloundra Removals are amazing . I would like to give a shout out to Mark and CJ especially you guys are an asset to the company . Hopefully I won't be moving again anytime soon but if I do I'll definitely be calling you .
