"Great library for studying, 3rd and 4th floors (4th is a bit better due to more desks and computers to get stuff done) are the best as they are silent floors, 2nd and 1st are common floors so they’re a good place to work on group projects or homework where you can tolerate some background noise"

The day has come: I am reviewing a library. Cameron is the primary place for science students' to study. However, I personally think this library is the worst place to study in. The university is full of computer labs, study spots, sofas, and stunning views. The point I'm trying to make is: Cameron Library is gloomy as heck. (Yes, gloomier than Rutherford!) You forget that you are on Earth after you study here. It doesn't hold a candle to ECHA's (insert area here) or 8th floor of DICE. (Seriously, guys, explore the university. Find your clean private washroom, find your personal study area, find your personal microwave, find your free coffee. Basically, find your stuff and don't. Tell. Anyone. [Except your best friend.]) The library staff are SUPER nice, friendly, and know their stuff. They're on the same level as EPL staff. (And EPL is really serious about how they hire their staff!) Tons of computers that span the basement, main, 2nd, and 4th floor. Do not count on the Wi-Fi here, as the volume of users here plus interference does not help when you need it most. It *has* power outlets, but not enough. It's a study area that gets the job done, you know? Plus, it's open for those all-nighters. And of course, if you need a book related to the sciences, this is your library.

Great library for studying, 3rd and 4th floors (4th is a bit better due to more desks and computers to get stuff done) are the best as they are silent floors, 2nd and 1st are common floors so they’re a good place to work on group projects or homework where you can tolerate some background noise. Free chargers on first floor. Basement/first floor open 24 hrs.

This library is awesome. It has all the resources a U of A student needs. The library has quit study spaces in the basement and on the third and fourth floor. Furthermore, the main floor has 2D printers, 3D printers and staplers, and If you

Very friendly librarians with fast information processing on the computer at checkouts desk. Seems to be open minded intellectuals.

How did this library get 5 stars? Books are awesome, but a terrible place to study if you're on the 2nd floor. Too loud!

Great studying space, if you prefer a quiet environment...go to the 4th floor....the other floors can get really noisy

Nice library. Lots of study spots. Although can be very crowded and noisy during certain hours.
