Here are the main reasons I like to work with Randy - He answers the phone! If he’s in a meeting, or otherwise indisposed, he’ll send you a text and return your call as soon as possible. He’s a straight shooter. When he tells you something, you can count on it. He always has the answer. I’ve had some seemingly insurmountable problems for which he had simple and clever solutions. On the other hand, I’ve had times when things were going smoothly, but even then he had suggestions for improving the odds of selling quickly, and increasing the value of my property. He’s been around the block – pardon the pun. He has some tricks up his sleeve! He’s a genuinely nice guy - always a pleasure to talk with, whether you’re at the end of your rope or everything is going perfectly. He’s very patient, and he never gets rattled. He takes care of every detail. Whether you’ve done lots of real estate deals or this is your first, he’ll walk you through it. I’ve bought and sold quite a few houses over the years, so I know the routine. He helped me sell two houses recently, and they were each difficult in their own way. I don’t know anyone who could have made it easier, or helped me get a better price. He’s the kind of guy you would like to have a beer with. Buy him a beer.

Randy Campbell is by far the best real estate agent you could ask for! He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Albuquerque area. WORTHLESS. When I agreed to allow Ron Campbell to list my home, I did so with the assurance that his firm would proactively seek clients for my house. Instead I was listed and then ignored. I called for three weeks for updates and received no return calls, whether I left VM or messages with reception. When I finally managed to catch someone in the office, I was told that my calls were being ignored because they thought I was a different client they were avoiding. I received nothing but excuses about the firms lack of work on my property, even though houses in my area have been selling. It would be difficult to find a more lazy firm in town.

Taylor Ross was incredible. She took great care in considering the needs of first time buyers. She is quite knowledgeable about the process and about the different locations around Albuquerque. She first sent us a ton of listings online and then took us to see the listings that we were most interested in to view in person. She was prompt, answered all questions, was great at communicating next steps and managing deadlines. Buyers would be fortunate to have her expertise to guide them through the process.

I do not recommend this company. Our agent was very helpful during our home search, but after we were under contract communication was difficult. During closing, our closing officer stated she had not heard back from our realtor during the whole home-buying process.
