Complete clowns. No parking. They sent 2 emails to come pick up a backorder. When I go there after 20 mins in queue the girl scans the order and makes me wait 30 mins. When I enquire about the order they say oh it was an error. Book is still on back order. Unprofessionsl company with clueless staff.

Campion were under such pressure on the last Friday before the new school year. I queued with many frustrated people (who had only themselves to blame for leaving book ordering to the last day). The staff were so pleasant under pressure and really well organised. No complaints from me!

Service is quick but not during the Jan rush. They need more staff to handle the crazy tines. Wait could br upto half hour. Some books are not stocked (tare ones) and never arrive. Otherwise the important popular ones always stocked and can be retitled if no longer needed by mid Feb.

Great website to order from and always pleasant in store. Other than extortion prices for consumable items which covers kick backs to schools, I would suggest saving $$ using office works for these items. Other than that, Campion have always been 1st class.
