I was given the worst service ever by Hassan. When I went to pick up my package, I forgot to bring my notice with me. So he asked me to show proof of address when I showed him my passport. He mentioned stuff like rental lease but he didn’t mention stuff like bank statements which I have from my online banking. When I double checked with him if there’s anything else I can show to him as proof of address, he said no. He said I was difficult . Then he simply said he was done with me and asked me to leave, not in a polite way. Then I made a complaint to Canada post hot line on my way home. I don’t let anyone who treated me badly get away with it. He thought he was “following the rules” when he doesn’t even clearly remember what are the rules. I wasn’t treated with respect. I would try my best not to go back again to this post office again. Manager of this post office: teach him how to treat customers with respect and give him a retraining for him to know everything he NEEDS to know to work for Canada post.

Very unhelpful staff. Came in to ask for a quote for a box package but he didnt want to provide a quote unless the package is closed / sealed as that may change the quote. How? All the contents were inside so the weight or dimensions wouldn't change. Why would I seal the box if I didn't end up sending it because the quote was too much? I tried to ask a couple of other questions but it became clear very quickly that the guy doesnt want to be helpful in any way and started lecturing me. I'll take my business elsewhere! Not mailing a thing with these guys.

Worst customer service by Canada Post I have experienced. I went there to drop off Shaw Modem Box on Wed. August 24,2022 around 11:45 am. After getting the receipt I asked the lady there to show me the tracking number on the receipt, she got loud and asked me a reverse question”Is that not written on the receipt?” I was so ashamed. Absolutely terrible!! The so-called employee couldn't perform the most basic of tasks and was rude and ignorant. The lack of capable employees at this location cost me time and money. Do not use this outlet unless you're into incompetent people who shouldn't have a job. I will be filling every single formal complaint possible to hopefully have this lication shut down so that no one else has to deal with atrocious and terrible service.

Honestly not a good place to go if you value your time because the people that are working there don't. Went there today and the registry was closed because of a provincial wide update and they decided to close the post office early as well a lady walking by said she was just inside. Usually a long line that does not move very quickly something about this location the registry included it feels like you're in Jamaica or something

I am not surprised with the poor reviews of this location. The old lady was so rude and not helpful. I would understand if it was busy but no one was around and she still would respond so harshly when asked for help. I’m confused with all this bad reviews, nothing is done about it by management. I will rather drive farther to avoid this mess.

The old woman there is extremely rude and arrogant while so incompetent can't get the most basic thing right. If you pay attention you will notice that she's not rude to everyone though, if you look like her she's extremely patient, if you catch my drift.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They are extremely slow dealing with packages and also very rude. They clearly don't value people's time and don't treat anyone with respect.

I think the staff are friendly and helpful, they just might need some training on procedures and some of the services they offer. Canada post may want to invest in some training.

The gentleman at this Canada Post has always been very polite and efficient. I have never had a problem with any of my packages, and I appreciate the kind & speedy service.

If you want to rudely get yelled at for asking a reasonable question by the employee who hates working there, this is the place to go. Avoid this location if you can.

I go here quite often to pick up packages. The line is sometimes long but the staff is always kind and helpful =)
