I took the day off today to receive my package. The driver didn't bothered coming up to my apartment, just left a slip in the lobby mailbox (This is for delivery of medication). I saw them arrive and stood in my hallway for about 10 minutes waiting. I went back out onto my balcony and she (I could see her from the 13th floor, Blonde short hair, butchy build) was leaving (No packages in hand). I called this location and waited for 11 minutes 34 seconds before hanging up and calling head office. Head office called multiple times and also couldn't reach them. I work all day tomorrow, which means I now have to wait an additional 36 hours for my medication. This has happened multiple times since moving to this location in February (I believe at least 4 times). If possible, avoid this location. 0 Stars, though I had to put 1 to rate. Head office, did a good job attempting to assist.

The most unprofessional Canada Post location I've ever interacted with in the GTA. They have made multiple delivery mistakes, including "losing" packages, only to find them weeks later, failing to notify that packages are being held in the back (no card or phone call, plus no record.) Etc etc. Each time I've had to _beg_ them to please physically walk to the storage room and check with their own eyes for packages. Low and behold! There are always multiple back-stocks of packages that have been sitting for weeks. This is frustrating when most packages are time sensitive! Gifts, items with shorter shelf lives/sensitivity to temperature, etc, just sitting back there for weeks and, one time, nearly 2 months! I've stopped directing any mail to be delivered here.

VERY VERY RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE WORST CANADA POST EVER... FEB 7 2022.....4pm... I come in this place to send a package i hand over the box to the cashier and im showing her my CANADA POST CARD for discount. She is IGNORING me. Then after she made all the caculation she hand over the debit machine SHOWING OFF ATTITUDE, then she saw my discount card and told me " its too late for that" i told her that im showing her the card from the start. Then she seems so mad.. so i did NOT ARGUE with her because i dont want my day to get ruined....5 dollars discount is not the problem but its her ATTITUDE RUINS your REPUTATION....i hope the MANAGEMENT do ACTION for this.... VERY FRUSTRATING SERVICE....

Miserable staff...ive been to other Canada Posts where they are way more helpful. I was trying to figure out how to affix my amazon label and she handed me something sticky then told me to do it "over there" even though there was no one else behind me...would it have killed her to be polite or atleast explain what she handed me. I had cream and deodorant and asked if i can pay for the items along with my postage and she just shook her head. I've done this all the time at many Canada Post kiosks inside of Shopper's. If you hate your job atleast fake that you want to help ppl until clock out.

90 percent of the time this location is doing money transfers, which takes up sooo much time. I'm just trying to send a package...prepaid and it takes 15 minutes? Unacceptable. Get an additional employee to work during peak times. I actually go out of my way to avoid coming here and using the services.

worst experience of my life. Waited 1.5 hours for a package that they did not even try to deilver on (march 31), got a notice (march 30) saying that my package will be there on march 31. April 4, I went, waited 1.5 hours, and they said my package isn't even there yet.

There's been 30 minute long wait lines with at least 15 people waiting lined up from the post office in the back all the way to the front of the store past the frozen food section, all with just one person working. It's absolutely ridiculous.

This location need more employees the line up is 25 people deep..once u get to counter service is fine just getting the I don't want to plan my day around going to the post office.. please fix according..

Alicia the black woman was very very slow i waited almost an hour for one customer. She Takes her time while the line was getting longer. I will never be served by her. Worst customer service ever.

Please don’t use this post office for sending mail. I have shipped a letter mail to Scarborough, they misplaced it. I have lost the valuable.
