Very shotty service. I have not had an issue in quite some time but today was just pure laziness. Instead of coming up to my unit this driver chose to write a pickup slip and post it on my mailbox. Actually entering my building. I was home waiting for my package. Now I have to wait until tomorrow after 1:00 p.m. to retrieve it. Absolutely unacceptable! In the downtown core most people live in buildings. You can't expect people to take time off and go to the post office because drivers don't want to come to the door. This behaviour also jeopardizes my relationship with the shipper. As another reviewer posted and I agree with, "people that don’t care about you or your items. Drivers don’t care. Don’t care about doing the job right and no one takes pride in their work." Extremely disappointed. Shippers should find better delivery services. Delivery is a significant part of the customer user experience. This is not the type of service I would expect from a crown corporation.

Came here to pick up my passport that was mailed by US embassy. Official website said that US drivers license should be enough to pick up my passport but employees said they wont accept it as proof of identity. Asked me to grab any random stranger with Canadian DL who can sign off on the release of my passport. The employees said that this is a very common occurrence and several people have done this in the past. I had to embarrass myself by trying to explain to 4 different people on the streets that I needed their help getting my documents from Canada Post. They all thought I was running some kind of scam. Finally one kind stranger agreed to help. My advice to CP is if you need a specific kind of proof mention it in the pick up instructions.

Extremely rude service and uncooperative staff. They literally weren’t giving me my post which had my passport and wanted me to show them local id inspite of me coming from USA and not belonging to Canada, which was the most absurd thing ever to expect. The staff was literally laughing at my face when I was so miserable. It is shameful to trouble people when it comes to high security documents like passport.

If i could put lower than one star I would. It comes down to being a machine or being a human, and they’re all machines who work at Canada post. People that don’t care about you or your items. Drivers don’t care. Don’t care on the doing the job right and no one takes pride in their work. It’s a shame. Such a long standing busy that’s turned to a joke.

Extremely rude staffs. Same as other people, came here to pick up passport from US consulate. The instructions from US consulate says I can use my US drive license to pick up. But the employee there does not allow. Even if showing many other proof of address. Ended up asking a random nice Canadian guy to help pick up with his Canadian drive license.

Extremely rude and impatient male asian staff with glasses and dyed hair, cant believe because I have never seen a canada post employee like this, plz reconsider his employment.

The customer service is terrible! The treatment we had from an employee of Asian descent was awful; they have no patience and are very contemptuous with us!

Beware of the two very rude older caucasian ladies who are totally uncooperative, have a toxic attitude and are particularly rude to people of colour.

Cozy place. Hard to find the post office. They do regular, priority and and express mail and parcel services.

Make sure to check the federal and state holiday schedule!!!!! It was closed without warnings!
