Went to this place to send some documents to Ottawa. No line up at around 9:10am and the lady at the counter is very friendly, helpful and attentive to details. She even helped me fill my phone number when she noticed the carbon prints were not clear after tearing away the first page. Hands down the best Canada Post experience I have had so far.

Had a bad experience this morning. Opening hour is 9:00am but staff were late and the door didn’t open until 9:12am. The computer system needed time to start so services cannot be started right away. Wasting time to wait there. Recommend not to go in the morning as staff efficiency is low at that time.

When checking the website the hours it said it closes at 8. I took the time after work to travel there and see they have changed their hours to 9 to 5. As someone who works 9 to 5 that is a major inconvenience but would have been less of one today if they had updated their hours online. Not impressed.

Great little place. Located inside a convenient store/ pharmacy. I didn’t wait at all, they quickly tended to me. I had amazon items to return and they right away helped me with packing it, enclosing it, and providing receipt. Overall excellent service and great transaction. Would highly recommend!

Super convenient location. so the line tends to build up a bit during peak hrs but still usually really quick service. Lisa is always extremely friendly, helpful and quick with any inquiries.

Great customer service in the post office. Tiffany was incredibly friendly and helpful and probably has all her postal codes memorized by heart.

Don’t come here if you prepaid a shipping slip and want them to scan and print your label, apparently they cannot do that.
