Not sure why there is 2 or 3 sets of pays scales based on who is working there? I have sent the same type of package, size and contents on serval occasions and each time I have to pay 3 different pay scales. This shouldn't be subjective to someone's personal set amount. I find that they are trying to rip you off intentionally.

No wonder why this place has a lot of 1 star rating. Donna really just naturally knows how to put other people in a bad mood. Her demeanour was rude with so much attitude. She did not explain the basic tracking code but kept on emphasizing stuff that did not matter. How is she still working there?

Would not recommend going here if Donna’s the clerk. I asked this lady one simple question about a shipment tracking and told me what I needed to provide, but with so much attitude. Not very helpful. If you want to end up in a bad mood because of her rude demeanour, this is the place to go to.

Shelley absolutely refused to offer any reasonable solution to my problem. And instead gave me a ton of attitude and was condescending and unpleasant to deal with.
