It's too bad we can't give zero stars. The workers here are incredible rude, most specifically the younger guy. Boy does he have a stinky attitude! The lady is okay, but can make snarky comments at times. I consulted the young man over sending a package to India. He was so rude about it, so I just left. Came back few days later and there was a lady working there. I told her I want to send something to India and she said there were only two ways to send it. My first option was with FedEx which was over a hundred dollars due to express shipping and going the distance. My second option was to just send it as regular Canada post mail and it would be 30ish with NO tracking and it'd take 4-8 weeks. In no rush and at such a drastic price point I said Canada post. She then proceeded to ask what was I sending I said jewelry. Weeks pass and I'm in touch with my friend asking her if she's gotten the package yet she says no. This was as a gift not business. I then call customer service for Canada post and they tell me I cannot ship jewelry to India!! These people here are USELESS. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE NOT HAVE A CHART OR KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHAT I CAN AND CANNOT SEND

Typical government workers, me and a gentleman behind myself show up at 7:45 and stand in line for 15 minutes. At 3 minutes to 8:00 the girl says to us "oh I can't serve you I close at 8:00". After expressing our disappointment, she takes 10 minutes to get the manager into the store on the phone instead of processing our parcels like she should have. All this to say she let us stand in line and didn't put out the clothed sign like she easily could have. Goes on to talk about how we don't respect how she has a life blah blah blah. Won't be coming back to this one again!

Avoid like plague. First off, most reviews are correct. CP workers there are very "unfriendly, clueless and lazy". They don't bother sorting their mail until the next day, and when asked, they gave you a cold solid "come back tomorrow". So many times I have to take the tracking number and demand my parcel. And one time they lost my package until it magically turned up 2 days later. Very unprofessional and very inefficient. These workers give a bad name to CP. If Randy is reading this, I hope he would "drain that swamp".

Slowest PO I ever been too. The one clerk is always to busy talking to the person instead of inputting info into the computer . She has a hard time seeing it and even though she knows this she puts the packages down far away from her and tried to peer over at what she’s typing . Usually messing up and having to start over SEVERAL times. Always a line when she’s working , she asks questions to the customer she should be doing like have you purchased this envelope yet. She should know . She’s the one on counter .

Don't listen to the directions of the staff. I sent a globe I bought in Costa Rica to my parents as a gift and said to the lady at the counter that maybe I should pack it in another box for protection and she said "it will be fine". I believed her and, instead, it arrived as a crushed, water stained box, and the globe was broken. It was in a box surrounded with Styrofoam, which I thought would be fine, nope. Believe your gut and don't listen to the staff.

Customer service at this location is consistently excellent. It is completely inappropriate for people to resort to online bullying and negative reviews because they are unhappy with Canada Post itself. Staff here are Shoppers employees with no control over Canada Post pricing or delivery practices. These staff members are always efficient and pleasant despite the complete lack of manners and bad behaviour I've witnessed them having to deal with.

Rude, slightly hostile, I went in to see about returning a package. I asked them if they print labels, because I don't have a printer (like most people) they said they don't print labels, i asked if she knew where I can print labels for my return. Looked me flat out aggressively said they can't help me and to leave. So I left. Thats not how you treat customers. Perhaps if that women wasn't so rude, I wouldn't of left this poor review.

I’m not sure if this old lady is racist or what, but I asked for a receipt for my package, she told me she can’t print it because it’s a new system, the new system doesn’t print out receipts… and told me to go to another location that still has the old systems… I literally just saw her helped someone in front of me that got a receipt.. so I don’t know why she can’t print me a receipt.. it’s ridiculous.

I usually visit the Market Mall Post Office and it's always busy because of location, but wait time is not long because representatives work so fast servicing people in the best possible way. They are always knowledgeable, very welcoming and friendly. I've been visiting this office for 14 years and am always very happy to be there. Such great customer service. Thank you ALL for the amazing job you do!

Visited the Market Mall Canada Post today.... the employee was unkind. Refused to provide a return slip for us to have for an amazon return (the other post offices do this with no problems and actually promote this), Overall, terrible service, unkind employee who needs some training. Tried to use the Canada post website to provide this feedback, also quite hard to navigate.

Works in a pinch but is very depressing compared to the Northland location, and the employees show it. Located way in the back of the Shoppers Drug Mart and well out of the way of any sort of sunlight or any other possible human traffic or interaction. It's like the post office version of a desk in the office right in the centre of the floor next to the elevator shaft.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I was 3rd in line and the employee there was incredibly friendly and swift, I got to the counter in less than 5 minutes. Perhaps if people did some initial research about shipping before hassling the workers and expecting them to quickly sort everything out for you, there wouldn't be much of a problem. Google is free.

I’ve had good experiences here I don’t know why are there so many negative reviews I pick up my Amazon packages here the cashier is usually nice to me they normally seem stressed but there polite with me maybe it just depends on the time of day you go there I usually go middle of the afternoon when no one is there usually

Very slow - there were a total of about 10 people in line and they only served 3 people in the 30 minutes that I waited. They had one till open but 3 staff around; 2 of which were walking around chatting to shopper's drug mart employees. Avoid this location if you don't want to waste 1.5h of your time waiting in line!

Very convenient location and courteous service. Customers who come unprepared when sending parcels are usually the hold up when it's busy. The staff are all doing their best at this location in my experience. Lines can be long at peak times. The manager Janine is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went there to send baby stuff to Poland and Joan(that was whose name was on our receipt) went above and beyond in providing us the best service. It's so rare these days to get that kind of care and thoughtfulness she put into our experience there. Very happy customers!

Very slow service, other customers have no respect and will cut in line with out any consequences from the works behind the counter. Waited 20 mins behind this lady to write down the address on 6 different packages rather than step aside and keep the line moving.

Lines move faster than most post offices. Customer service is average at best, as expected at Canada Post. Seems to be a trend at this store to allow customers to budge in line after taping their package, rather than making them wait like everyone else.

Terrible experience at this location, 6 weeks later we are still dealing with it. Lack of staff knowledge and customer care has really caused my family stress. Next time I will do my own research before trusting staff to provide accurate information.

This location has the slowest service possible. There is always only one employee working even during rush hour times. It was a 45 minute wait in line with only 4 people in line ahead of me. I recommend using a different postal service.

I've used this location to send and receive my packages. The manager gives the best service: she's friendly, fast, and really knows her stuff. I always hope she's working when i go in. With the other workers, it's a hit and miss.

I always come to this PO outlet because of Janine, PO Mgr. and the excellent people she hires. Awesome friendly, efficient customer service every time.

Unfriendly, incompetent staff. They do not care to help you with information and don't even say anything most of the time, it's like talking to a shoe.

Canada post need to employee some real good staff at this location..they don’t even have a basic tape for customers for one time use ..
