The staff who 'helped' me was uneducated beyond belief. Went up there with a letter to be sent to Prince Edward Island. She takes one look at the letter and asks me "Where's PEI?" I thought she was testing me or something, I replied "it's in Eastern Canada, a maritime province." To which she replied "that's in Alberta, right?" It was at that point I fully realized she was being serious. I tried to kindly reply "no, it's a different province. In Eastern Canada." She responded "So, like, Saskatchewan?" Long story short, I had to help your employee figure out how to do her own job. Guided her through entering the address in the computer, even helped her take my payment, as she couldn't figure out where to put my debit card. As a national postal service who handles thousands of packages, one would think your employees would know some basic stuff about the country they live in, and the job they do.

Their staff wrote down my address wrong and when I called asking if they could delivery it again since it wasn’t my fault I was told they wouldn’t do it and I should go get my package. I’m always having problems when it’s the dominion drug Canada post delivering and I’ve noticed their employees also leave your parcels in public areas instead of leaving it at ur apartment door. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Update: once again Dominion Drug Canada post has failed me lol they no longer even try buzzing in the building. If nobody is there to pick it up when the post officer comes they just ask you to pick it up at their location... really disappointing because I call and complain and nobody does anything about it! Shopping online is supposed to be easy

I don't know but there seems to be a communication issue with the staff on duty. Not sure if she can understand English or not and she has an attitude. I told her something and she did other things and went to blame me why I didn't tell her. Like duh! I just told her and did something else. I even corrected her and she said she knows what to do. But then complained after why I didn't tell her. Like I just told her. DUH! Not sure if she can understand anything? Or maybe learn to listen? And she doesn't know other provinces??? Like how did you even get the job if you don't know other cities and provinces?? Don't tell me she can vote?? Like what?

went there this morning, the lady had waited quite a while to help me despite me being the only person in line. was very unhelpful as I was trying to track a package that was en route to this office. the millisecond after she couldn't find the package using my last name, she asked for the next customer. I ended up calling another canada post office on my way to work, and they actually took the time to ask for the tracking number and figure out that the package was headed to the initial office that I visited. sad service!

Disgusting service. Му heavy parcel was not delivered to my house, instead drivers 2 time brought post notice, to pick it myself . I was at home all the time, but the drivers lied that they called me and I did not answer. Moreover, there was no call in my home phone caller list. And only numerous complaints to the customer service, I finally received my package, And it cost me a lot of nerves.

I have stopped attending here even though it is my nearest Canada Post as the main gentleman who works there is just unpleasant. Always makes posting mail awkward and difficult. Interacting with him just puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. I'm sure it is not personal because in the 10 plus times I've been there, I have never once seen him smile (it's free).

Was there to pick up a package today and was greeted by an older Asian woman. I was asked to show my ID which I did and then I was asked to provide a business card and when I told her that I did not have one she became rude and angry. In short, she responded with a lack of professionalism that I have unfortunately come to expect when dealing with Canada Post.

I received a call from the postman at home, I opened the door for him, and when I went outside to pick it up, he actually left the paper there. I seriously suspect that there was something wrong with Canada Post’s brain. I was at home and I opened the door. , But received a note and went to the post office to pick up the package. This is ridiculous

They have to deliver my package at my home, but they added note in my mailbox stating collect the parcel from the store, which is far from my place. Then I went there and they were asking hard copy of the ID, I mean you are in 2023 ppl are going to moon and this guy is asking hard copy. Such a joke. Such a west of place. Don't try to go there.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Caused a humiliating scene, shouting and yelling at me and threatened to throw my parcel in the garbage. Would not give me the chance to speak, and kept shouting at me, he did not possess common human decency. Will be reporting customer service clerk postal worker to head office.

I always liked this located but this is stupid. I usually send money through Moneygram and never had a problem before. The website says its open until 6 and when i reach there at 5:44 they say it closes at 5:30? Thats just not fair. Canada post was open but they dont let you send money at 5:44? Why?I need an answer to this …

I send jully 26 they didn't found my Posta when I call them they says waight 2 days and they not given the answer now it's august 25 but there is nothing I can do ! I'm still waiting

The staff who worked today, 7th January 2020 bearded tall white guy was very inappropriate. Literally ruined my day just because I had to pick up a package. He should be fired.

Change your hours to when you are actually open. The sign out front says 10am and not 8:30am. Wasted time coming here to not be able to get in

The staff are unfriendly, lazy, and generally speaking demonstrate a level of incompetence that I have come to expect from Canada Post.
