**UPDATE: I have verified that after I paid for an XPresspot service, my package was never recorded leaving this location. My gift card inside (that I am able to track) was used 2 days after I dropped it off and therefore I believe it was stolen from the girl behind the counter that took my money. Karma is real young lady!! ** I've been using the post office in this location for years trying to support my local establishments in the area. I've been patient up until now. All of my visits have been a bit frustrating having to wait long times, listening to the the older lady behind the counter talk unnecessarily to customers about the weather while the line behind piles up. My last straw was with my last visit for a mother's day card I mailed a week before the weekend it needed to be there, paid $30 for it to ensure it got there in 2 days time and somehow the card got lost from when I paid for it and when I left the store. ZERO tracking of the item recorded after dropping it off.... Not only am I disappointed it didn't get there, I have a disappointed mother-in-law, and now I question where it went with the gift card that was inside??? I'll be going to a different location moving forward.

Very bad experience with the employees from Canada Post in Rexall at 11520, 24 St. SE Calgary, on Dec.11,2020 around 2pm, they are rude and lazy. I stayed in line for 25 min because one was talking on the phone laughing with a friend, while the other lady had a sloth speed. When I finally got to the one that had the decency to get off the phone, I asked for a mailing pouch that is provided for free by Canada Post, and she told that she doesn't have too many and if I have a business I can order them online. I asked again nicely to have only one and I'll pay for it and she still said that she doesn't have too many and can't give me one with a smirk on her face, she was awfully rude. I don't have a business, I was sending a package to a family member so I had to drive back home to use some tape to put the address. I will never again use this post office, ever.

The old curly haired lady with the glasses is always arrogant, rude and borderline racist everytime I need to pick up or send mail. Even when asked if there is contact information for her superior she refuses to give it and becomes even more rude. She should not be representing Canada Post in any way! Unfortunately I still have to pick up registered mail there or I would never step foot in there again. Itgere should be the option to give zero stars as 1 star is too much.

Pretty solid for a Canada Post location. It can be slow at times but that seems to be clueless customers that don't know how to use a post office understand or just want to chat with the staff while there is a line. Staff is good with exception of one thus the 4 stars.

Don't go to this post office location. They will try to ask you what's your parcel but they have limit knowledge and try to ask you ... what it is? If you want to wast your time and find someone to talk to .... that's the good place for you there is no privacy anymore?

First time mailing something, and Sherry was tremendous. Friendly and patient, would highly recommend dealing with Sherry

Always service with a smile - friendly, helpful and competent staff. One of the best locations in the city.

Drivers never bother to deliver any packages. They shouldn't bother with the out for delivery status.

Post office hours not accurate. Fix your issues Canada post.
