This place is surely the worst postal outlet in Canada. Canada post should move their services!. The owner, the older man and a woman are very rude, I was shocked at the way they treat their customers. I was waiting in line for so long, and a lady ahead of me was just trying to buy one padded envelope, he tried selling her ten at a discount. She was very polite and said no thanks, just one. He kept on insisting. It was such a retarded conversation. I wanted to say something but I kept my calm and didn't want to waste my energy. At another occasion, the woman(owners relative) working at counter, asked, whats your full name? are you a BC resident do you have BC ID can you sign this form. I asked, for what?. She explained that its for her political party's campaign. I was pretty upset and refused. A week later I received pamphlets with her fugly photo. I can't believe she used my address from Canada Post system. They don't accept debit as payment for stamps. It has to be $5 minimum purchase and tried to sell me a package of 10 stamps! I only wanted a single stamp! These people shouldn't even be allowed to own a business in service industry. If I had the means I would take the imbeciles to court for such rude customer service.

If I can I won't even give them a star. There is always only 1 staff working even on peak hours like lunch time. I just wanted to buy a stamp and there were 2 people in front of me in the line, I waited for almost an hour. Not even joking. The staff worked so slow like she didn't even care while other people was waiting in a incredibly small space and feeling uncomfortable. The staff gets irritated and rude when I approached her to ask just one question." Do I need a stamp for this letter which the envelope stated that a stamp is not needed " before I decided whether is it worth waiting , she replied rudely and extremely unprofessional, saying" you need a stamp, or you can drop it in the post box without a stamp to see if it will get delivered". What kind of answer is that! I will never ever recommend anyone ever to go to this post office. I've been there like twice and twice is the same horrible experience. Stay away if your time is precious, which I believe is true for everyone.

Twice before they charge me more on shipping when I'm just at the weight limit. One of those times was the guy who looks like the owner. The last time I was there the owner was weighing my items and there was something pushing the scale down. I told them they shouldn't be over the limit. He kept insisting that the items I had was over eventhough I know they weren't because I weighed them at home before I went there. He told me he wasn't making any money charging me more. I moved the item weighing the scale down and surprised him that I was right. It's not even the closest Canada Post to me. I just like going to it. Never again. Incompetent. The Filipina lady is good from my experience by the way. If you can, go to her. I've never had a problem with her. Also, recently, I got short changed twice. It's not much, but the girl can't count!

Literally every time I have to interact with the older gentleman here it’s an issue. Very dismissive and extremely poor attitude. Recently had an issue picking up a package for my partner who had to suddenly leave the country for a family emergency and wasn’t returning for a few months. I went to pick up on her behalf and he wouldn’t handover the package because she wasn’t physically there (even though I could’ve provided all of her ID’s and offered to video call her with with her showing her id). Even if that’s not proper procedure, the dismissive statement that if she isn’t here in 10 days I’m sending it back and then moving on to someone else without asking if I was done and providing 0 alternatives/solutions was uncalled for. Making a formal complaint. Don’t know how he has a job there.

This is the most poorly run Canada Post location I have ever been to and each visit is an extremely frustrating experience. As another reviewer has already mentioned, I too dread receiving a pick up slip to this location. On two occasions I have been told they can not locate my item even though I have arrived after the pick up time indicated on the slip, so I have to make another trip, wait in line, etc. The wait time is unnecessarily long due to inefficient staff. The line up does not seem to apply to friends of the owner and / or staff, as I've seen people waltz up to the counter with no regard for the numerous people in line, speak to the staff in their language (not English or French) and be served immediately. When customers in line questioned this, they were ignored by the staff.

This is the worst Canada Post location I've ever been to. Recently, the one on Main Street closed which was always perfect, and all 3 times I've had a slip in my mailbox delivered to this Fraser PO location, the parcel was never there "after 1pm" as promised. I was told today to call back at 5pm to see if it had arrived. I did so, and got their answering machine 5 times in a row. 6th try a man picked up and said he'd look, but I could hear him helping another customer, and from eavesdropping through the phone realized that they were in the same boat as me, told to come to the location and their parcel wasn't there as well. I've never had a problem with CP, until going to this location and really hoping this company gets completely restaffed, or license revoked - it's embarrassing.

The place is small but that shouldn’t really matter. What matters most is the poor customer service. The lady who works there is extremely rude and shows zero respect to customers. I don’t know what her problem is but she, as an employee, should not have the right to speak to her customers with such bad attitude and impatience. She has all the qualities that disqualifies her for a job, making you wonder how she got it in the first place. I don’t know much about who owns the place but if she got the job due to relations with the owner, then she should be ashamed of herself. Please don’t waste your time coming here, as she will not only be rude to you, but ruin your whole entire day. Never coming back here again.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Ignorant, stupid owners and supporting staff (if there ever is any). Waiting times are unbelievably long. I wanted to buy 3 stamps. They refused and said I had to spend $5 minimum before they'd help me. People like this don't deserve a business licence. PLEASE do yourself a favor. Don't ever use this post office. Use it only if there is no other choice as to where to p/u a parcel. Otherwise forget it. I wouldn't give them the time of day! Anytime I've ever gone there I leave feeling like I should scrape the bottoms of my shoes. A truly terrible business (if you can even call it that)

Make sure to ask for the cost before you ask them to send any package. There was a service charge to paste the return label on the package, one of the staff working there said the price for the cover but another one came and billed double the amount at check out and said its service fees, when asked why wasn't it said upfront he said the girl is new so doesn't know the charges. Its NOT about paying/charging any service fees but they should say the charges upfront and not make up new charges when you ask them to break down details of the final bill. No wonder the reviews are bad here! This place is such a SCAM

This location is always a disaster to visit. The communication regarding parcel shipping options and estimates is always unclear and usually incorrect. This recent trip - I was told a package would take 3-4 days to ship standard, which is of course unusual, so I didn't pay for a faster shipping time. When I entered my tracking number, to no surprise, the parcel said it would arrive at the destination in 10 business days. The owners/their staff/family show very little knowledge toward the Postal Services at their store, which is also being used for Truck Rentals, among other services.

Wow haven't had mail for three days, not one peep except that there is a strike in Richmond, complaining about work safety. I guess i could see rotten dogs. But c'mon when your wait on a cheque to pay your bills, there problems seem small. I have big respect for the bus drivers that didnt make ppl walk. These ones , i dont know! You could shut down these stores instead. There isnt even a phone number to call this store to inquire about my mail. Canada is a joke sometimes! Especially cause of visibility they halted deliveries, what a joke.

If I can do no stars I would. Whenever I order online and leave note during checkout. Carriers never care to do as requested even tho asks if needed Plus whenever I pay for any carrier besides Canada post. I still get them and always have to go into post office to pick up my parcel the next day. What’s the point of paying for shipping services when I have to go in myself to pick up my parcel. That’s wack. Had been waiting at my house for parcel to be delivered and never heard door knocking or doorbell .

Worst worst worst Canada post probably in whole Canada! Total nightmare to visit this Canada post! The guy with Turban is very very awful !! He is very rude, unprofessional behaviour. He always tries to charge you every single little thing that normally other Canada posts don’t do. He will charge you for a little piece of tape even for a free-return!! I normally try to avoid this branch although it’s just next to where i live. Had so many bad experiences every time I had been there!!

My experience was terrible. He asked for my credit card and took all the info and charged me 256.51 for Uhaul ahead that I don't know if they will do the same other places or not, and after finishing he charged me $20 for after-hours services! while he did nothing after hours. $2.5 for a print, 7dollars for a box, and putting tape on the box, and he said he has done packing! after I protested he reduced the price. but in this store, you have to be careful with your money.

I have been dropping off at this location a lot, all the staff were nice except the Indian ones, especially Manpreet or wtv she named. She is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY & UNWILLING TO HELP. Don’t get why asking for a receipt such a hassle for you, literally takes less than 30secs. Would leave a minus rating if I could. Keep in mind we are the one who giving you business, adjust your attitude otherwise this business won’t age well. AVOID THIS LOCATION at all cost!!!

Criminal level of bad service, I don't know how Canada post allows this location to exist under their banner. Like many others I received a missed delivery notice while I was at home and then had to try to go get my package a day later to no avail. I called 8 times always going to voicemail to figure out if my package was there without going there and wasting even more time. Rather swim to mainland china and pick items up myself than deal with this again.

Horrible customer service at this location... That Turban guy has an awful personality and a dreadful attitude, with customers... He always makes comments towards people's personal life, and he thinks that funny, but I found very annoying and insulting ... And he charges extra for the service compare to other Canada post locations... So, stop this utter none sense, and close this location, or replace this man by friendly and educated personals....

Wow, I'm shocked by these reviews! I have been going to this location for years and have always had a positive experience...I find this place to be better than other post offices in Vancouver...FYI, other places charge for tape, packing and shipping labels too. Not just this location...I find the staff and service to be great here, much better than some other post offices...Maybe some of the customers are rude and demanding...Have a heart people

On my 3rd attempt to pick up a package, (the other two times there was such a long line up and they couldn't find someone else's package so I couldn't wait) I arrived at 9:30 on Saturday morning, which is the time they're supposed to open. I waited along with a few other people until 9:45 with no sign of them. I've been using this post office for a few years now, and it is probably the most terrible post office I have ever used.

I went when it was closed on w Saturday but it's not their fault because the website couldn't update. Don't go to this place if you're in a rush and only if you have the time to wait in line. The service was pretty standard and I got my package to me w/o fail and the servicemen was actually really nice to me about everything and even managed to answer my questions about customs regardless even when there was a line.

The lady that I talked to is very rude and does not understand what I was trying to say. She is not willing to help you. She gave me an attitude in front of people while I was being polite and I was kindly asking her only. She was not just being rude to me, but ruined my entire day. Horrible service, the owners are very rude. He charged me $2.00 to put a speck on tape on to a package. I asked him to ensure that if he is charging me to make sure that he tapes the package properly. He then informed me the fee was for his "time" and not the "tape". Horrible service. The location on Main and Marine has helped me tape things up with no fees, and no attitude.

This post office is by far the most convenient for me to go to, but the service is bad enough that I will be avoiding it. There's very little care - minimal to no questions that help you with posting options, slow, and the employee started ignoring me to begin serving the next customer before I had finished my transaction. I would heed the warning from it's overall rating.

Very great customer service Theyre very polite and attentive people who make sure you leave happy. Occasionally the line-up can seem a bit long but during the holidays it's to be expected. Other than that, I highly recommend this post office to everyone who needs international or local postal services. Thank you and hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Letter mail within BC (Vancouver to Victoria) One small regular envelope with one sheet of paper). Under 40 gram ----- $ 3.15 ??? I will report this to Canada Post. With all the reviews here, this store should be shut down and the owner fined!

Canada post needs to revoke their license. Unfortunately I've had many of the same bad experiences that others have had at this post office. The people at the post office even have the nerve to write fake good reviews about this place and complain about their bad reviews/give excuses for their utter incompetence. I've been here a couple of times and the staff always struggle to find the address on the computer, while I can easily find on google maps and offten have to show them on my phone. They are often rude when you correct them, today the lady told me my package would be returned after I had yo correct her and doubled check that the adress she put was correct.

Where do I begin? This post office is small but handles a lot of services. They do key cutting and have so many things at your convince from stationary to passport photos!! They usually have everything I am looking for and literally is a one stop shop, which is probably why I take so long when I am there. This place will always be my go to post office.

Worst Canada Post I’ve ever been in. They aren’t familiar with the actual Canada Post Policies and require documentation to pick up parcels that are not required at any other branch. We know this because we called customer service and were told this. If we had any choice in where our things were delivered, we would choose anywhere other than here

First of all they are open only the hours everybody is working… and to make everything better there’s always only 1 person working . The absolute worst. I hate finding a 'missed delivery' notice on my door because it means I have to deal with this terrible excuse for a post office. They've lost parcels that the mailman says he's left there, they're so slow it's a joke, and they're plain rude. They're a disgrace to the Canadian Postal Service.

One of the terrible Canada Post I've ever been to. Usually there are huge line-ups and people usually have to waste an average of 30 minutes, which is insane. I would rather go to London drugs Canada Post than this one. Only time I have to go to this one is for pickup a package, that's all.

Worst service. Very unprofessional. I wanted to ship some boxes to my new home in Toronto. when I checked online they were accepting the boxes gave me X dimensions . On the day of moving they were not accepting the boxes, now the dimensions changed to Y. (Y< X)
