I sent an urgent and important document as priority registered parcel which has a standard delivery time of two business days. It is now day 5. Per the tracking the expected delivery was August 13. It is now past end of day on August 15 and the tracking has not even been updated since August 14. The customer service representative suggested that this is likely due to the parcel being sent through with none priority items. If this is the case then this post office location has failed to provide me with the service which I paid for. I now have a service ticket for this item to try and rectify the situation. I will also likely have to incur additional administrative costs once this reaches its intended receiver as this document is now late. I am very disappointed at the mishandling of my registered mail at this location. I have been told that Canada Post will offer refunds but that will not cover the previous mentioned administration costs.

This Canada Post outlet is located inside Shopper's Drug Mart at the back corner of the store by pharmacy and cosmetics departments. Staff are friendly and efficient. Open 7 days a week, pretty much in line with mall operating hours. Since there is only one staff on duty, they do take breaks just like any other mall clerks where there could be no attendant for 30 mins. You can use the Cadillac Fairview mall gift card for Canada Post postage/payments. It's treated as Visa card payment. They have allowed me to pick up my package same day as to when I received Canada Post notice even though it was marked off for pickup next day. Now that's good postal service.

This is by far the worst Canada Post office I have been to in my life. I have been there 3 times in the last year. The manager is the one always at the front desk alone. He hates his life. Doesn't want to serve/support the client in an way. Very rude and his responses are very lame whether you are asking for tape or for guidance in filling the address on a shipping label. I try to avoid it but sometime I end up using them because of the convenient location.

This location is bs. I am here during business hours and they are closed. The worker deserves a break, but since it is in a mall, I feel as though them closing the kiosk is to encourage shopping, why can’t someone cover for them? Also, there is rarely any parking near the store (good luck with your heavy packages and getting back to your vehicle). It’s close to the transit, so that is a small plus, and some of the employees are polite, also a plus.

I came to this post office tonight at 7:30 pm to buy stamps for mailing out letters. The hours showed it closes at 9:00 pm but no one was working and will return at 8:00 pm. I went to the guest service and found out this is the only Canada Post at Sherway Garden. What a waste of them and I had to drive to another Canada Post office nearby.

Someone here is always on break. They’re gone at 7:25pm and again at 8pm. I don’t understand why you need to take a break so soon. 6-9pm is a busy time after work for everyone to get their mailing done . It’s Christmas. Thanks .

Went yesterday, almost December, first customer there. The postal rep Skylar, was very polite, on time, and professional. I wish the post office was not in such a busy mall, but the service here was excellent.

Had to go there three times in one day to ship a package, the first two times they were closed during business hours. See pictures attached

It's closed but there's no indication anywhere on the Google maps that it's Very professional!

Dont use this canada post. Until 10 30 nobody showed up
