If you have no issues with your mail, things will go smoothly. If you have any questions, concerns, issues - expect the guy to be rude about it, and don’t expect to receive quality help. I’m super worried my mail won’t even go through because I don’t think he fixed things properly. I kept pointing out it was wrong and the guy just seemed annoyed and barely fixed it. The older woman who works here is nice though, but I can’t take a chance on going and hoping I’ll get her. I’ll be going to the Canada post at queen and Beverly now, they’re always really nice and willing to help, even at the end of the day. Edit: yep just as I thought, none of my Christmas cards were received. But the ones I sent from Queen and Beverly’s Canada Post were received.

Local in the area and have been coming here for over a decade. People complaining about the customer service here must be impatient or ignoring the fact that they are a very busy downtown location. I haven't had to wait more than 5 mins to get things done here and when there is a line forming an employee from the OLG counter comes and helps out the postal line. I think they are doing a great job! Maybe treat your mail delivery people more nicely.

wow terrible customer service. Ive had my package delivered here for months and suddenly there was an issue with my logistics company and they won’t accept my deliveries anymore. We were on the phone and the lady was screaming at me. Do you know how to provide customer service?

The post office at 280 Spadina is filthy the operator was insane she asked me for 2-3 identity card to give me a letter that was not delivered at my address. Can you please do something about tht. Thank you please.

The staff are efficient, kind and helpful. This Canada Post office gets very busy but they handle it very well on top of managing the store’s cashiers. Patience is a virtue.

The staff there is friendly and helpful. I went there at the end of the day and the postman came. The staff asked the postman to wait for me.

The people running this PO are super efficient and unfailingly polite. Can be a longer wait because it's a very busy location.

This place never opens on time. 8 out of 10 times. Over 15-30 min I can't believe this is operated by our gov'r. Too much.
