Terrible entitled post office staff. Walked in here with 11 small boxes and there was nobody at the post office desk for over 5 minutes & then I had to ring the bell at the desk. After about 2 or 3 minutes a young gentlemen came to the counter quite nonchalantly without apolozing for waiting & immediately asking "How many of those do you have?" & then appearing frustrated walked away obviously looking for help but didn't even acknowledge for me to wait a moment while he finds some further help. The new rep did not seem annoyed and did his job, helped while the other kind of watched so I suggested perhaps he could take half the boxes to which he agreed. They both didn't make me feel like a valued business client, rather annoyed and both did not reply to my numerous Thank You's. I Thanked them both again at the end and no reply. As a business client of many years & it not being busy at all, I was not received well or left with a feeling that my business of many years was valued. They should be Thanking me, the client & maintaining respectful communication with the client rather than fully appearing annoyed that they had to work. This was a terrible experience and is shameful that this occurred here at Richview Rexall's Canada Post. I hope the management team here can provide the proper etiquette & training to their staff & appreciating the system which allows them to be paid ie the client. If not, this post office may find itself non existent. Terrible experience. If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd pick that. Won't be coming back here ever again!

Joanne was the post office clerk that assisted me today around 10:00 AM. Joanne displayed a positive and professional demeaner. It is my first experience mailing through Canada Post, she answered all of my questions and managed to assist other customers without agitation. Joanne: thank you for explaining to me how to send my mail in a way I understood. You made my day better and my experience mailing with Canada Post fast and pain free. I hope to see you again. Canada Post: take care of employees like Joanne, keep her happy so she doesn't leave you and find a better job. You should have her as the manager at that location or at least offer her a raise. The current manager doesn't seem as knowledgeable and friendly as Joanne. Her customer service skills and ability to multi task are an asset you can not afford to lose. The reason I am returning to Canada Post is because of Joanne, keep that in mind when deciding who gets that nice Christmas bonus.

Terrible customer service!! He said his name was Udhaya and that he was the manager (both those things are most likely untrue but it was Monday September 18th around 3 pm). Had to show ID for identity which I gave my license with my address on it and he demanded another document with my address on it. I showed him a bank statement on my phone which he refused because it wasn't "manual" which I assume was supposed to be physical. I asked if I printed it off would he accept it and he said yes (which is outrageous and wasteful). I spoke with customer service after and they said it wasn't procedure so I filed a complaint. The worst part is he was training a new guy so he'll most likely learn the terrible service that was given to me.

Everyone is nice, friendly and efficient however there's one who stands out among all the employees. Josh is a courier service guy who delivers mails and packages. Today I was gonna go to the Canada post to drop off an item for return. My mom found out and I think she asked Josh if he could like drop by and pick-up the item. I know, the favor was too much and quite embarrassing really. However, Josh came knocking and I gave the package to him. Faith in humanity restored.

Never really been to Rexall thought give it a shot as we are new to the area. Canada post- Horrible service and lazy attendant! The guy is of Asian decent and just handed me a packing tape gun and asked me to move aside to prepare my package. I was just returning a small amazon item. I went to shoppers drugmart Canada Post on Westway instead... the attendant took my package and said ‘leave it with me it’s my job to ensure it goes out.’ Now that’s customer service!

The young man at this location has one of the most horrible attitudes I have ever come into contact with. He was rude, condescending, & downright unprofessional. Came in to ship a parcel & was told it would be impossible to guarantee a date even if we paid $170. We went to another Canada post & got the parcel shipped for $100 with a set arrival date. Awful experience, if you can avoid going here, please do. & if you can’t, JUST DONT.

The rudest employee I have ever met in my 14 years of life in Canada. There are no words to explain how rude he was. Very un professional guy. And Yes, I agree with other reviewers that all his answers were just one word answers. Google should have something like ZERO stars or Negative stars.

  • Olsida Brami

Very bad and nonprofessional service. The Asia boy who helped me was very rude and nonprofessional. Was my first time sending something through Canada post and I was asking few questions but his answers were just a single word. It looks like he doesn’t enjoy working there at all.

Very unimpressed with the service I received today from the male post office worker. He was of no help and gave one-worded responses when I asked for assistance to ship out my package. I left without even having my package sent off.
