I've seen there are mixed reviews, good and bad, and that is how I experience myself also. It is so depends who is working there. Having a short distance from my home, I get many items delivered here, as well as mailing my items there. I've met nice people working there, and that is probably why the office gets the good reviews (for them I should give 4-5 stars), but there is one particular person for which 1 star is too much. I have sent several letters which were at the limit for thickness, 19.5 mm, limit is 20 mm. As long as it pass the slot should be good. I've send several identical shape letters from different locations, and also from this office, but when this person is working refuses to send no matter what. Her name is Sonia, and has horrible customer service skills. For her sanity, for the clients going there, for the Canada Post reputation, it should be much better if would take a job where doesn't need to deal with people.

I gave one star and i think that lady who was working there doesn’t even deserve one star. Her name is Sonia .She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. I went there because i lost my receipt from where i can see the tracking number, i called canada post customer service they couldn’t help me and they advised me to go to the same canada post, I didn’t want to go there because of her horrible service and attitude, but i had no choice. It was a matter of a passport that i could not track, i asked her to help she started showing attitude and i was very polite, she didn’t want to help me and started saying in front of everyone , “i gave you the receipt you should not loose it, if you lost it then you cannot just come here and ask for your tracking number” but the good thing was she took my name and phone number so that she can find it later on, no empathy, no thank you nothing.

Terrible experience over all... called in asked the lady to track a package for me, she didnt ask for a name number nor tracking number all she stated was can I put you on hold... I was transferred back to customer service who then transferred me right back to her... she came back on the phone and said "did you not just call" I said yes you told me you would put me on hold to help me, she then said ohh okay give me one second... she put me on hold for a second time and left me on hold until they closed I called at about 8:30 PM and they close at 9 PM.... after seeing all these negative reviews someone at the Canada post head office should seriously address this matter

I’ve had worst experience in this store , there’s a black lady who work evenings in this canada post … she’s extremely rude for no reason , not at all helpful , extremely unprofessional shouting and loud for no reason . Instead of helping she makes others seem like they’re dumb , she just shouts saying “I don’t know what you’re talking about “…. Seems like she’s not willing to work. I don’t understand why she’s working there at first place if she hates her job that much !! Very disappointed… No etiquette, no sense nothing . Eventually had to head to other location… this was second time in a row … she’s good for nothing .

Horrible customer service. The lady working there has no motivation and no customer management skills whatsoever. When I went to retrieve my package with no notification paper (the postman did not leave any paper for me) and I told her of this mistake on their part, she proceeded to give me attitude and complain to me as if it were my fault. I asked her to look for a school bag (which was the item I ordered) only for her to reply to me with "so you want me to go back there and look for it?". Would never recommend this post office to anyone as long as that lady is working there.

Always have had great service until recently. The postal clerk was probably new, and he had messed up my sender and return labels. I kept insisting that I had to pay a fee for the item to be posted back. He had said no. I had called in a supervisor and she insisted what he did was correct. All in all, they were both wrong and my package became "lost". Not happy with the delay of an item that should only take 3 days MAX to go to Missassauga and not 5 weeks. Due to this, I will not be coming back even though, its a short walk.

No wonder they got a very low rating. I agree with the reviews. One of the ladies (the older one, not white) is very arrogant. She thinks she knows everything. She asked us to bring another piece of ID when in fact the instructions say Tangerine only needs one. We went to another Canada Post location and they solved our problem in a good manner. That old woman in Finch branch, don’t act like you know everything. Requiring us to go home and get another piece of ID won’t solve your problem.

I tried to ship something out and had the wrong label, no big deal but the lady working, black lady not sure her name was very rude from the start of our interaction. She didn’t explain things properly to me and was rushing trying to charge me for things before even explaining to me what was happening. It was a horrible experience, made me feel anxious to the point where i had to leave and head to a different location. She also had her headphone in the whole time. Super unprofessional.

I had a fantastic experience at Canada Post today when I visited to return an Amazon order. The staff member who assisted me, Lubna, was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure that my package was securely packed and ready for shipping. Her dedication to customer service was impressive, and I felt confident that my package was in good hands. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

Senseless service. One of the lady doesn't have any respect towards customers. Literally felt like a garbage service. Always gives improper answer in bad manner. I would say 0 start out of 5. No recommendation at all. This one star is just to post review. Otherwise I would give lowest one.

You can rarely see such bad service in Canada post locations. The lady working here is one of the rudest. I checked the other comments . it is the same for everyone. But i guess Canada post officials never check any feedback from here. She is still there, rude and unqualified.

Sonia and the rest of the girls are super nice. They all work well with each other and go out of their way to help you. This Canada Post is the best in the area. I despise going to Thistletown and Albion Mall. I would always recommend this location.

November 11 Saturday at 6:20pm . I came here but it’s closed. They always close at 9pm during Saturday, also website says. They confused people. To the manager follow your time exactly.

Worst service. Sonia at the post office ,cannot verify a simple name on the id and give the correct package.I had to come all the way back. Worst service ever. Staff needs training.

I called them to pick up a package before I go there and they said we close on Sunday at 5 I came 4:30 and they told me we closed at 4 !! Worst and worst Canadá post

Raquel was amazing. She went out of her way to help me out with my money order issue. She was well organised and provided quick service.

I arrived late but I was helped just fine. My product (ordered through Best Buy) was delivered there for my pick up convenience.
