I wanted to send a return package to Telus. I arrived at 8:45 PM and there was nobody there. Nisrine finally came out at 8:55 PM and was very rude. She told me she had to close soon, and what did I want? I said I need to just send a return package. She told me to fill out a form and I asked for a pen, and she said go to the other side, can’t you see where it is? I filled it out and she said I had to sign it, I said where? She said “look at where it says signature”. When I signed it she said, “that’s where my signature is supposed to go”, and let out a big sigh. Extremely unprofessional and rude right from the start, I didn’t even have a chance to comment on how I waited so long at the till. Do I have to know where your pens are at my first time there? Do I have to know where to sign if you don’t point to it? Oh, I’m sorry, did 9:00 PM closing mean 8:45? So, it’s my fault you don’t want to do your job? Is working until 9:00 PM too hard for you? Maybe we should take off 10 minutes of pay for every day you’ve worked because you obviously don’t work all your hours. Better yet, you should be fired. Your behaviour is uncalled for and it is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Canada Post, which goes to show how much patience I have. The way you can even make yourself look bad in front of all the delays and errors of Canada post is simply astounding. And reading all these reviews, I’m sure it’s not a one-off thing. I hate myself for not reading the reviews first, thanks for wasting my mood for the day. UPDATE: I read every review for the past year, and it is all one stars for Nisrine, yet she still seems to be there! Last time I called to report her, they made me bring documentation to file a formal complaint before they could do anything. I'm not in Calgary anymore so I can't do that. Why can't they fire her after reading these Google Reviews?

Please do not come to this store with the lady staff name Nisrine, she was wearing the necklace with her name on it , I guess she is from South America, Spanish. I usually mail a parcel package with the price $18.95, mostly maximum $20. I told pick the cheapest price. But she picked the most expensive $26,87. I asked her the Canada Post increased the price recently, she said she doesn't know. I checked in my business account and realized she didn't serve a good service to customer. Instead she recommends the good price, low price for the customer, but she picked the highest price to charge customer. So when you see her name tag, don't come inside and do a mail post service with her.

The woman working here is rude. She rejected my ID, made us find a cable bill on our phone for our address as we have a post office box address. We waited 20 minutes as she served five people ahead of us with the parcel pickup in front of her. We’ve both been there numerous times so she knows all of this. We saw her dragging a big TV across the floor by one corner instead of picking it up and carrying it into the back room. Whoever mailed it to someone it will arrive damaged. We will get & send our parcels at another canada post!( other people have had issues too in other reviews)

I handed my PR card as ID to pick up my postal which was what I used for the past 7 years in the same post office, but the lady said she needed something with address on it, I asked her since when they need IDs with address on it TWICE she didn’t even bother answering me and asked me if I have a driver license I told her I don’t drive then she asked me if I have driver insurance? In the end I had to search on my phone for a statement with my address on it using MY OWN DATA cause this place have NO WIFI to show her. It took me almost 30mins to pick up my package.

I would rate 0 if it allows me to. The inside Canada post lady with accent gives customers with crazy weird attitudes. In the first place, she refused to provide help to check a parcel( which later my nice neighbour returned to me because they misplaced it in my neighbour’s mail box),that lady yelled me and lied to me said she can’t find any tracking information on system. However, I went to nearby shoppers Canada post,all the parcel information is in the Canada post system. She shouldn’t ever work for a public service place. This is NOT the first time.

I think everyone have bad experience with the lady in here, same what I'd experience. I was there to drop a package and ask me to go on the other side. So I stand in there to wait while she is assisting the first costumer. She was so rude not explaining to me that all i can do is to leave the package in the desk and that's is. It seems she is not enjoying her job. She should find someone else that make her happy. Facing to costumers need a happy and out going person not rude and grumpy like her.

Nisirine is the worst... I am BAFFLED by her attitude, she criticizes everything you say and she does not help at all.How did she manage to get this job?she needs to get fired.. I couldn't even complete the service I had to leave. When you tell her to mail something she looks confused. then she insults you??? She. does NOT understand her job and needs to get fired. I've never had such bad customer service in my life, never returning. Learn some basic manners seriously.

I came here today and the lady with an accent was incredibly rude. I didn't have a printer for my amazon label and she made it a big deal after much presisting I finally got to mail it directly. She said do not take any display only so I saw one without the display only and then on the back it said display only and she was very rude and annoyed that I was there so after all that it finally got sent. I will not be back to this location ever again.

Went there to drop a package off and the lady at the till was immediately rude, it’s like she expected me to do her job for her and any questions or help I required were responded with rudeness and irritation. I then reminded her I was paying for a service, if I could give zero stars I would. Don’t recommend anyone coming to this Canada post.

5 stars for the lady who name I don't remember now but it starts with M....very polite,friendly,professional..Excellent customer service..Today I went to the post office to send some mail..Went the other day with my friend and she was excellent..always helpful

I got one of the worst customer services from this Canada post. The lady that works here is extremely rude. She does not know not to talk to another human being, let alone proving a decent customer service. I would be never going back here, period.

The attitude of a lady inside Canada Post is very rude. This is the first time I went to this Canada Post because the one I usually go was lined up with lots of people. Maybe this is the reason why there’s no customer here.

The People in this place are there if you need them but they won't bug you while you are in there. Very friendly staff all over in the store. Not too crowded.

One of the worst service i have experienced you better bring all the tape. Otherwise she will charge you 3 dollar for a roll

At less they should have a phone number that we can call each store not the main one which made us wait more than 30 mins.

She don’t have tape？ And I can buy one? Such a good business. Done in other Canada post. Same day same thing.

Don't know how things are delivered and don't stock the products they need to deliver items. Just sad.
