Stood in line for over 30 minutes as the gentlemen working at Canada post did not know what he was doing. Someone shouldn't be left alone when they are untrained. When I left there was a line up to the door. I returned a package and he went to throw my receipt in the garbage. Than I had to ask that he stamp the back of my registered mail slip. He seemed like he did not understand, than couldn't fine the stamp which was behind him. The people in front of me purchased a priority mail and he closed the envelope before selling it to the guy,who than did not have the mailing address because it was on the envelope he just sealed into the priority envelope. He also didnt give the guy his tracking information. Paid $40 for priority mail and wasnt provided his tracking. People are learning, but it's on management to make sure that new employees are not left unattended who do not know what they are doing. This is extremely unprofessional service. I frankly will never use this site again, as who has time to stand around and than explain to the guy how to do his job. Do better management, unacceptable.

I showed up shortly after 10 because the Google hours as well as posted hours on the door say they open at 10am on Sundays and was told by Rexall staff that the post office wouldn't be open for another 30 minutes about. I waited for service and finally was served at 10:36 am. THIRTY SIX MINUTES AFTER THE OPENING TIME. the employee (Umair) did not apologize for being late or making me wait. The only reason I went to this outlet is because the one by my house is consistently terrible, so I guess it's good to know that it's all of them?!?!?

I went there today at 445pm they said I couldn't send anything since they already closed there system for the day. I asked what time are you open until he said 5. I could see closing down like 5 minutes before but this seems excessive. (Edit) just read another review about them opening 35 minutes late I guess this is the norm here hard to believe canada post is struggling with people like this employed..

Great signage for filling out forms online; this really sped up shipping services. Additionally, the team members were ultra accommodating. Fewer packaging supplies for purchase than at other Canada Post locations, and their general cleanliness could be improved. The Canada Post is located in the Rexall, and there is a drop in post box out front.

Whoever I go to this Canada Post location, I always receive sullen, unpleasant service from any of the more “experienced” employees. It is easily the worst customer service I receive (in normal circumstances). The “newer” employees are almost always pleasant, though. So 2 stars.

Abysmal service. Every single time without fail. I know that these workers are unionized, so complaining will do absolutely nothing, but the service is always terrible. It’s a shame that such situations give unionization a bad name!

Located in the Rexall Pharmacy. Great service from the staff at this location. They helped us understand how to get a key for our lockbox, where it was located and where to find parcels when we first moved to Calgary.

The full time staff are great, sometimes the part timers are a little confused but good to deal with overall. I'm amazed at the negative reviews for this place, its 10x better than my old PO in country hills,

Love these guys, doesn't take too many visits for them to recognize you, friendly in a way that they get you what you want quickly and then you are on your way.

I've had nothing but stellar experience with this location. The staff are human so they're sometimes on break, but everyone is so nice during our interactions.

Never seems to be anyone there in the office or to answer phones, very poor service and quite unfriendly.

Closed all 3 times I was there recently to pick up my amazon packages.

I always get great service at this Canada Post.
