I have never met such a rude sales clerk in all my life! Someone who should don't be representing Canada Post! Went to send a package to TELUS that they signed an agreement with Canada Post. The women asks for some PR Code, I tell her they TELUS, never gave me one. She tells me I CANNOT TAKE IT WITHOUT ONE and Literally THROWS the Box Back at me! I explained to her that this was the second box, I had gone to another post office and they didn't have any issues without some code. Nope, she said she didn't care, wasn't going to help and told me she was walking away...?? I then asked for her Managers name, reluctant to give it to me, then said she wasn't in. I asked for her name, she REFUSED to GIVE IT TO ME and again walked away into the back saying she's not helping me. What kind of customer service is that?? It's Not!! Take your. ail to Crowfoot or Tuscany, NO ONE should have to experience this Poor Customer Service! I went to Tuscany and mailed the package, No Problem. AVOID this POST OFFICE OUTLET!!! I can't see how they're still in business at this location. With Staff like her and her refusal to help a customer, She Should be Fired Immediately!!

Was assured that a package being shipped out was going to arrive be a certain date, it was a health matter if it did not. Was then told later that the arrival date was going to be a week later than I was told. I go back to talk about what can be done to fix the situation, and was promptly told that they aren't "real" Canada Post employees, so they can't do anything. So you are confident in your abilities to share information that is wrong, but have no responsibility to remedy a situation you created that is wrong? What a great middle ground to get to live in. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve continually had awful experiences at this location to the point where I will drive out of my way to go to a different location. The people working there won’t help with simple questions and are just plain rude. Currently going to another post office just to get help because I was dismissed. Very frustrating. The one exception is a younger gentleman with dark hair who is extremely patient and consistent.

I haven’t mailed anything since a letter to Santa as a child so I was really struggling with the address formatting. The post office is always quite busy but in between rushes an employee-i think her name was Deanna-took a minute to help me to do it correctly. Great customer service.

Computer system was down so they refused to give me my package then I came all the way back and they refused again because my ID doesn’t have an updated address. Useless post office. Avoid Canada Post at all costs their customer service has really degraded over the last few years.

The girl with the blue hair that wears the big “pride vibes” rainbow pin on her work shirt is very rude with little knowledge of how to do her job. I’ll be finding a new post office to take my regular business.

Terrible customer service and behaviour of lady staff was rude … they should learn about Courtesy in customer service …
