Steve is extremely rude. He interrupted me multiple times over my inquiry about a package not showing up at the time the delivery person assured me it would arrive and that it had been marked as return to sender after I had physically seen it. I tried multiple times to ask if I could pay the COD ahead of the delivery and have it re-directed to my home instead of my workplace but I never got to that point because of his refusal to let me finish speaking. Ultimately he got very agitated, likely due to the fact I felt like I had to repeat myself every time he interrupted me because it was clear he wasn't listening or sympathetic at all, gave me the customer service number for Canada Post and told me I could tear them a new one over the phone.

this location is not opened anymore its now in shoppers drug mart in square one. Let me just say this review is for the current location, worst experience of my life, I had to wait 15 minutes for the two people behind the counter to finish thier conversation before they helped me. They ignored me for so long. They were talking about money some cheque someone sent in the mail, they didn't know what to do with it idk if it was fradulent or something but they just placed it in the register. Seems like sensitive information I shouldn't have heard... everyone was miserable LIKE YOU HAVE A GOVERNMENT JOB HOW YOU GONNA BE UPSET

Nalini, the woman that works here is brilliant. So helpful and very calm and peaceful, even when the line up is huge. You know how good she is? I went the shoppers at Grand park, as it is closer to my house, a few days after I have been to the Canada post in shoppers in Mississauga. The Asian lady was so rude and unfriendly at this location, that I walked out and went back to square one. If reviews really make a difference, then please know that Nalini made my day. I rarely if ever write reviews, but she left an impact on me. Sheena

I usually mail my online store orders through Canada Posts website but the site was down so I had to go in store. Online I pay $12 to mail a flat mailer to the US. I asked for the cheapest shipping option and the lady the counter charged me for what she insisted was the "cheapest option": XpressPost at $32 per envelope. I know there are cheaper shipping tiers because I mail the same package out several times a month. Waste of my money

Negative experience with the manager and associates. The manager had an attitude. I did not tape package but they didn't bother to offer to use the Return Mailing Label sticker to stick/secure the package. Luckily I went to Shoppers Drugmart Canada Post and they treated me better. Next time I will tape my package and just head to the Shoppers Drugmart Canada Post location.

This location states it opens at 9:30, then yesterday on google it says it opens at 11, today is 10am..... Why does the time change every other day? How is anybody supposed to be aware of this? Not to mention they are attachted to a Shoppers Drug Mart. 11 is pretty late to have to wait to get your prescription! Went all the way down there for nothing! Not impressed at all.

Very dissatisfied!! We came in today to ask about how to apply for passport and this “lady”, the way she aided us was very disappointing. She treated us with disrespect. We were expecting for them to help us because we didn't know what to do and the lady treated us with brainless-like attitude!! Very disappointed Canada post

Walked in to the Post Office at 5:29pm, literally rushing from work to collect my passport. A guy named Hervey behaved extremely rudely and asked me to leave. A lady came into rescue and I was able to collect my passport, all thanks to her. I wouldn't probably visit this place ever, unless it is a super necessity!

Been ordering a few Amazon packages recently and these Canada Post employees there has been awesome - amazing service, sharing jokes. I can't see why other people post less favorable reviews. I guess some customers are never satisfied no matter who, and what is helping. Thanx guys for the laughs:)

The stuff super mean, I was in the line at 3:57, he was packing some stuff up at the counter. When he was done, he refused to take my item. I came all the way from my house 30 mins drive here, he can’t just leave 3 mins with me ? Ignorant and definitely not repeating the customers.

Excuse me?! Use your brain to think again if your business time is reasonable. It’s almost not necessary to open a branch here in SQ1 with such impossible time for normal working people to pick up or deliver. So disappointed. Hope someone could hear and change their business time!

Visited today for the first time.The old brown lady at the counter had a very rude tone. When I told her u are rude she said "I am!" where as the white man at the counter was very polite and he explained their process in a very polite tone. Hope someone listens..

The lady behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and rude. She did not want to help us with our shipping label. We went to another Canada post location and they did it within 1 minute. Will never go here again. Please go somewhere else

99 times out of a 100 i never get amazon parcels by Canada Post. Either mail man is a thief or staff. Easy buy for free stuff , just open n claim. I dont know why they even ise Canada Post. Not once its every time.

I’ve been tracking my package the last update was u June 17 in Mississauga. Today is June 25 why in the hell is it taken that long it’s already process through customs and with Canada post!!!!!!!

I believe that this particular Canada Post office closes before 17:30 or at least the employees won't let anybody in close to their closing time.

Stop fooling yourself. This place get closed an hour early at 8:00 PM. They literally have put there own printed stickers on assigned schedule.

Your working hours are listed as 9:30 AM to 9 PM, why do you close at 8:45 PM on a Friday? There's still 15 mins left to your work hours!
