Rarely do I find myself compelled to leave a negative review, but my recent experience with Canada Post has left me no choice. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated to report that they have lost my Canadian passport during the mail delivery process. This incident has had severe repercussions for me in multiple ways, including mental stress, wasted time, and significant financial cost. On March 31, 2023, I entrusted Canada Post to deliver my Canadian passport to an embassy for NVR purposes. The embassy completed their procedures and returned my passport to my address, or so I thought. According to Canada Post's online tracking system, the package was supposedly delivered on April 11, 2023. To my utter disbelief, I never received it. Determined to resolve the matter, I contacted Canada Post's customer service and reported the issue. After weeks of follow-up calls, on May 10, 2023, a supervisor from the Canada Post Depot located at 600 Commissioners St in Toronto confirmed that my package had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address on April 11. To verify this information, I personally visited the address where the package was potentially delivered, only to find that the owner had not received any such mail. This realization left me with the sinking feeling that my passport was likely lost due to an error on Canada Post's part. On May 23, 2023, Canada Post finally declared the mail as lost. However, the consequences of their negligence have been dire and continue to plague me. Canada Post's failure to safeguard such an important document and their inadequate response have left me deeply disappointed. The consequences of their mistakes are far-reaching, and the lack of accountability and compensation for the damages incurred is utterly unacceptable.

Garbage!! From A to Z The post agent assumed you are not home so most of the time they just left a notice without the packet in their truck! They lost many package! We live in a new condo they even don't let us know that they won't deliver us ... Since February we don't have any letter so thank you for this garbage service at this ridiculous price ! usually the quality is expensive not the bottom

Terrible customer service, I was directed here by a Canada post supervisor to claim a package and the old lady with the white hair didn’t even ask for my tracking number or anything. She just said that she doesn’t have the package here and I must be smoking crack to think that package is there. She needs some serious help

Constant notices left on my door without a knock or the doorbell being rung. Has occured multiple times and I've watched employees walk up to my door and place the notice in the mailbox without even attempting to knock. Why am I paying for a delivery service with employees that are too lazy to actually deliver.

Very baddest experience about mailing from July, 2021 i couldn't got my mail in my apartment mail box. I am sick and on the wheelchair and live alone and not able to go on 675 com rode to pick up for this matter i called customer service so many time and got so many tickets but did not got my mail.

I have not been too happy lately with parcel delivery. I've been home, no bell has been rung...but a notice left on my door. Frustrating

Just the nail processing plant. There is a drive up mail box if you want the mail to be at the sortation early. Very convenient
