Update: After nearly a week, they found the package - apparently, was dropped off but wasn't checked into the computer. We had to order another item as the issue was time sensitive. Giving 3 stars due to the inconvenience and time wasted. Original post (1 star): Unfortunately, in dealing with Canada Post in our area along with this location, the two sides have blamed one another and lost our package. Canada Post takes no responsibility for dropping off the package, and this physical location blames the messenger for not having dropped it off. Obviously, someone stole our package or "misplaced" it, but whatever the reason, we're SOL. Unfortunately, there's a broken link in this system, and it's not the first time Canada Post has buggered things up in this area. There's an obvious problem in the area surrounding this location.

Thos store i went there today. To post my mothers passport the woman a you g woman was there i bought a box i needed bit then i found out the bost cost 26 or more so i asked her to cancel and debit back the debit she said no! They cant so gave the money back!! She was giving me the look and rolling her eyes at me so i said to be polite i made a mistake she gave me more attitude and i said may be you are too you g you need your mother to teach you manners with customers. She then refused to serve me and gave me More attitude. The precious owners were great necer had any ossues always bisy!!! New owners are not accountable to the customer and her brother just kind of smiled and said he could not help. So i will boycot thos store bas attitude from a young looser who is behind the counter and has power to serve you or not

Very bad experience She gave me a whiteboard marker to put the address on a bubble envelope while she was chitchating with a coworker, and now I'm freaky stressed if the address will stay there and there're very important docs in it.First, I thought that kind of envelope should be written with that pen. Then I noticed she just didn't care. Thank god I asked for a regular pen when I was writing the from part. Then she offered me to put a label on it and rewrite it, but the label was too small to cover the whole thing. Then she put an attitude towards me while I had done nothing wrong. I was polite and even said, have a good day at the end.

Was given a racist gesture by the staff here at the facility. I have called the head office. They seem to promote racism as they did not take my complaint into consideration. I have the right to be treated fairly and with respect and do not want to be coming here any longer. I’ve talk to the other locations they are happy to have my services.

They steal packages !!! All of my other shipments arrive to their destination on time. I have shipped one package from this location. It goes missing. Clerk was asking what kind of business I am doing? Checking packaging like he is at a Walmart. I lost $100 and a customer. Canada Post is having employee attitude and quality issues everywhere.

I didn't use the post office today, but I have used it in the past. And it was quick and easy. And I didn't have to wait for assistance, and for me this is a plus. So I will recommend anyone who asks, that it's great, and I had only great things about the post office. …

Terrible experience. Post office closes earlier than posted. Canada Post Site and Canada Post sign on door say closes 8pm on Sunday, however when I travelled all the way here, I was told they closest 7pm. Travelled here on Sunday February 21. Be warned!

TERRIBLE UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!!! They close sooner than listed on here. Wasted a whole bunch of time. Be aware

One of the slowest Canada Post I've been to. Standing in line for at least 20 minutes everytime I come here.
