If I could give any lower I would. Wow. Customer service at its worst. Two staff members. One young Asian and one older East Indian went in with my drivers license to get a package. Someone at the house threw away my notice card. They refused to look for it. I explained I have picked up packages elsewhere with just ID. Told by customer service on the phone that I would not need my notice card to get my package. And that I would only need my drivers license with my current address. On the phone with the East Indian man the Jordan from customer service tells him that I don’t need the notice card. It was an envelope and the East Indian man said there is a hundred of envelopes. Are you kidding me. No customers in line and two employees. The store itself looks likes it’s going out of business. I am definitely lodging a complaint to Canada post. This is why postal service is going out of business. If this was UPS or Purolator I would have my envelope.

An “essential service” should include service. It should also demonstrate that its employees or “service providers” know the procedures and requirements of their jobs. I have spent my morning in the most mindless run-around with the parcel collection service at this location—only to discover that Canada Post’s policies and procedures, as they are provided online, are entirely contrary to what I was told in-person, before I was turned away without my package or any suggestion of assistance. This location is a good example why I refuse to use Canada Post when given any other alternative, and frankly one of the worst ways to move any product between destinations in Canada. I have never been given reason to believe Canada Post offers any accountability for their shoddy and dismissive standards; but I would discourage anyone else who may try to do so.

This location has a TERRIBLE customer service. In my opinion, this results from the fact they are the only Canada Post location in the area and they think people have no choice but to go there. Customer service is terrible. The staff members are rude, unpleasant, unhelpful, condescending and act as if their customers are bothering them. They don't answer questions willingly or thoroughly and all they care about is you to give them money and get out. I personally make the effort to travel to other locations in order to avoid the experience at this one.

The guy at Canada Post at this location told me I have to use Express post because my mail is going to PO Box!! I told that I’ve sent Regular mail before to same PO Box. Got my envelop back & sent it easily with regular mail at another Canada Post. It’s still bothering me!! Never go here pls

Like other guys have already complained about this place, they don't know the concept of customer service. In the light of how they run this branch, they are no better than the post box on the street. Don't go there if you don't want to waste of your time

Since the new owner took over, every time I go to this place to drop off my prepaid package they always find a reason not to accept it and make me pay extra fees. Canada Post must check this guys out! Something fishy is going on here...

I had deals with this postal office many times. always excellent service. the team is friendly, ready to help and answer any questions. they always respond to phone calls and always try to help you. thank you for the excellent service.

Bunch of h@lf br@ined m@r@ns, I had to send a payment via snail mail, never done that before asked where to write which address. Ended up receiving my own envelope and got hit with late payment as a result ... great help that was....

This is a very friendly post office. Specially if you have a small business they spend the time to make sure you get the cheapest service. Also they provide lot of other services like passport photo, ink refill, printing etc.

I've never had anything but exemplary customer service at this location, all the staff have gone out of their way to help me when I've needed it! Despite being busy, it's never a terribly long wait. They're very friendly!

I really dislike going here. The place is musty and dark, and the guys at the counter are surly. I wish Canada Post would not leave my packages at this location! I absolutely hate walking in a run-down place like this.

Not impressed. Card says open for parcel pickup until 7PM. Get there at 6:05 lights out all closed up? So guess Canada Post needs to find someone else to provide this service because these people don't care.

Compared to the canada post on dundas street in the junction, this place is far superior. The staff are friendly, efficient, and just overall good service.

They are just doing their job. Very serious people but I never had a problem with a parcel. That’s all I need from a post office

Never answer their phones. Canada Post should cancel their franchise and give to someone that can operate a decent business.

If you can do anything to avoid shipping or receiving from this post office, I would strongly recommend doing so.
