The WORST post office in Canada! I went to send paperwork to the US passport agency. When I asked how, they (manager of European descent and staff of Afro-Caribbean background) pointed to a stack of flyers as though they were unable to speak or advise me. When I informed them that I could not navigate the app, they pointed more and vigorously kept me from approaching the cashier to engage with them more directly. I could not complete the paperwork because the passport agency did not have a phone number needed for the delivery. When for the third time, I asked, the manager left and the staff member tried to keep me from putting my paperwork on the counter. When I did, a stack of receipts flew off the counter. He yelled at me and threatened to call the police. By time point, I realized that he was probably mentally unwell, so I asked to pay for the envelope to leave. Without attending to me a fourth time, he went into the back room - with a store full of customers - for five minutes. It was TRAUMATIZING. I ended up using another service, reported this incident, and advise everyone to stay away from this madhouse! They would be better staffed at a penal colony or at a job serving their peers! CANADA POST, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

The male attendant was incompetent and pathetically slow. Had no idea what he was doing. When he couldn't figure out how to do an international FedEx, he Actually told us to go somewhere else. We were from out of town. I was so blown away at being told to go somewhere else that I didn't ask for a specific address. Turns out his directions are as pathetic as his job skills. No such store existed in the area. Had to go home and do it. Disgusting experience.

This place closes at 5PM Monday thru Friday and isn't open on weekends. A post office that isn't open to the community in the evening or at the very least on a Saturday is about as useless as you'd expect it to be. Add to that the fact that the employee I dealt with today was fairly rude, and it makes what should be an asset to the community turn into an utter nuisance on top of being an irrelevant inconvenience.

The store was clean, organized and we'll stocked. Anita(store clerk) was awesome, she answered all my questions (with no attitude), was polite, friendly and helped me get my packages out on time. Great location. Usually I get clerks who are not happy or tired but Anita was very friendly and it was near closing time. Most clerks rush you out, she didn't. My favorite Canada Post store, Anita!

I spent 40 minutes in line behind only 2 customers, and the man working didn't seem to know what he was doing and he was working alone. One of the packages I dropped off was a return that never arrived and now I'm out money because it was never even scanned in.

I did not appreciate when a male staff at the check out desk sighed in front of me. I had a letter to send out. I asked for a stamp. It seemed he looked at the receiver's information and sighed about it. It was not a good customer service manner.

I went this morning, I had to post a lot things to the states. I was quite lost on how to do anything but this sweet lady there helped me through the entire process and even helped me pack which was extremely helpful and I really appreciated it.

So, so much better than going to Shoppers. Location is clean, bright and well organized. Note though that they are only open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are closed Saturday and Sunday.
