Went in early morning and was done in less than 10 minutes. Staff were polite and courteous and very quick to process my biometrics. The lifts outside were confusing but signs are pretty clear and there is a reception staff waiting at the entrance of the lift. It’s a corporate building so expect office workers around the building.

Very helpful and efficient service. Best to contact them via email so that you don't get frustrated by the automated phone, although once through to the call centre they were able to pass along an urgent message to the officer processing my document, which helped relieve my stress immensely.

Don't bother calling them. They make you sit through two and a half minutes of terms and conditions and then just redirect you to a website. If you select the "speak to a customer service representative" option the line never goes through and the call just ends after 30 seconds.

Very sweet and helpful ladies all of them. I misread the website, thinking I could walk in for the biometrics collection, but actually you need an appointment. Coming from Tasmania and only being available for one day, they created a spot for me. Very kind and cooperative!

Not sure what happened to other people’s experiences but mine was great. Appointment was right on time and only took about 10 minutes which I was very surprised expecting 2 hours+ due to other reviews. Couldn’t be happier, now I can explore the rest of the day in Sydney.

It's located inside the Australia Square building on the 18th floor. You can use the lifts on the ground floor to go there.
