I was visited hesaragataa canera bank branch last week i got good support from Sub staff madam I was really so happy that got good help still so hard working people are there good, she educated me about my doubt, I was there at branch for one hour I was observed she was supporting everybody good to see as hardworking people like her, keep up the good work madam I think her name was Shashikala once again thank you so much for your help ur doing for the villagers and aged people keep it up

Cx service is very poor in this branch and they are not at all giving the one A4 sheet for fill the application format and that is only one person she is acting like a branch manager if it is service please do not give the any service like that Person : BANK PA LADY WHO WILL SETTING NEXT TO CHASER

OPENED IN 2011 HAVING ALL TYPES OF LOAN FACILITIES FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE HOUSING LOAN, VEHICLE LOAN, BUSINESS LOAN, PENSION LOAN, AGRICULTURE LOANS LIKE GOLD LOANS, DAIRY LOAN, CROP LOAN ETC. STAFF IS VERY CO-OPERATIVE.

One of the worst bank I have seen and inside workers will behave and talk like stupids.. No discipline and speaking brutal language.. Not coordinating with customers
