What a pathetic lot . Jou will get better judgment in the jungle. It is very true what my proffesor said when I studied a diploma in labour law and industrial procedures. The law is like a lady of the night and sell herself to the highest bidder. The one with the most money always win. There is a form of the law for the rich and then we have the same law for the poor and needy and they most of the time always loose if they do not have a organization of legal professional to back them pro bona. To all the lawyers and advocates that do this it is a blessing from God that will be rewarded . Blessed are jou who look after the poor and needy. I and 160 families are evicted because no one came to our rescue. The place is paradise park hermanus. Today the 25 th of July the government is taking the case and when it reaches the judges at the appeal court a nother judge with his judgement will have mud on his face.
The Western Cape High Court is the seat of the High Court in the Western Cape. It is located in Keerom Street. Each of the nine provinces of South Africa has a Provincial High Court Division. Appeals from the inferior courts are, by default, to the High Court that has geographical jurisdiction over such court. The nine provincial divisions of the High Court, are each presided over by a Judge President, who allocates matters to judges. The building itself is a tourist attraction. It represents an architectural feat. This is in addition to the values and principles that the Court stands for, upholds, and promotes. The Courthouse is adjacent to the Western Cape Legislature that borders it on the north. Its main entrance faces Keerom Street, which is on the west side and runs North - South.
The Western Cape High Court is situated in one of the oldest and most well known buildings in Cape Apparently, due to a building mistake, the steps of the Court, faces Keerom street, instead of Victoria Street. The hours are between 9-13h00 and 14h00-15h00 and they strictly adhere to it. Room one, where all the filing and requesting of documents are done, is very busy, especially before 10h00 in the morning, when court proceedings start. I suggest you visit room 1, between 14h00-15h00 in the afternoon, as it is less busy then.
Lovely building and court rooms as our High Court in Cape Town. It is rather difficult with the whole building shutting down for lunch between 1- 2 PM. Surely a better rolling solution can be examined for a much more efficient High Court to get more cases seen to . Acknowledge it is no easy task with all the different role players that steps through the doors Parking is a headache .
Owen Kleinhans! Rudest, arrogant, unprofessional and pathetic court official in Cape Town. How can a civil servant treat members of the public like that! Screaming like a mad man on people who put their foot in court for the first time in their lives!
Im trying to get a hold of them by telephone, they or someone are picking up but no one spoke what kind of service are they giving. If it's like that over the phone then i don't want to know how they help people who are standing right in front of them
I phoned and got through really quickly(pressing the re-dial button) and was helped by really friendly and helpful staff .On my visit to the Cape High Court, to collect a certified document, the staff were once again really helpful and friendly.
I've made 5 unsuccessful attempts, back and forth to the High Court to get my documents Apostilled, now the one and only person that can do it, is off sick. It's personally very frustrating!
I VISIT THE MASTER OF THE HIGH COURT TODAY ABOUT MY DECEASED HUSBAND ESTATE. MS CHRISTIETTE STEENKAMP ASSIST ME I WANT TO THANK HER FOR HER HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM.
While the court proceedings are of high repute, the administration is shocking. As a public office, only open from 09:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 15:00.
Always drive pass or work near the court but never went in but would be believe that the staff is friendly & ready to assist with questions.
I have been trying to contact them by telephone for the last 4 weeks and neither Mr Esterhuizen or Mr Frazer is picking up their phones.
A very good service received from the Chief Registrar, Mrs David today, what a well mannered and humble lady she is. I thank her
Thank you to Margo and Andre for their professional and friendly assistance when I needed a document to be Apostilled.
