What an impression he made - this was my first home and he was so helpful in the coordination of buying the property and ensuring EVERYTHING was in order This impression meant that when I needed to put my apartment on the market for rental there was absolutely no question who I wanted to manage it for me. The apartment was rented within days and due to a death in the family I was unavailable as the tenants moved in. Deepak was incredible in ensuring the transition required zero input from myself while still keeping me updated on the necessary items. Very friendly, helpful and professional. My partner and I have recently rented our first property through Capital Heights. As first time renters, we were completely unfamiliar with the process. To further complicate matters, I had to decide on the property from overseas and only my partner was able to view the property on my behalf. Without my asking, the agent assisting us who was negotiating for the property sent me a video of the property, which gave me great comfort. Once the landlord accepted our offer, the team at Capital Heights was also readily available to assist us with the administrative process of securing the tenancy agreement, and to answer our queries on the same.

I had the pleasure of staying in a flat managed by Capital Heights Estate agents after having some bad experiences with other London real estate agencies. I ended up staying in the flat for over four years and can honestly say that the service provided by Capital Heights was nothing short of spactacular. Though, with Sam (the agent I worked with) it was great. He was really easy to reach and always replied to my messages. The experience was pretty easy and clear. Just finished a very happy 2 years renting with Capital Heights in E1. A big thank you to the team, being a tenant through Capital Heights has been seamless and an absolute pleasure - comms have been great throughout, always responsive to any issues and generally super helpful which is all that a tenant could ask for. I think the real difference with Deepak and the wider Capital Heights team is they really care about what they are doing which really shows when you engage them.

The process of renting through Capital Heights was very quick and simple and they were flexible around timings to accommodate our previous circumstances. I have taken one star off because the agents were unaware of quite a few issues in the flat (broken appliances etc.) and ideally these would have been sorted out before new tenants moved in, however, Deepak has responded very quickly to our requests and arranged for excellent professionals to resolve issues.

We’ve just started our tenancy, but so far the staff at CH have been a pleasure to deal with. Ideally I would like to be able to give 4.5 stars with half a star being deducted as our move in as incoming tenants wasn’t 100% smooth due to the outgoing tenants’ cleanliness, but the agents have done their best to rectify the issues promptly and have been very responsive throughout.

Deepak is a pro - incredibly professional with high levels of integrity! he helped us find our first rented home when we moved to London - the entire experience has been positive; right from moving in, to staying in, to moving out. He and his team were very proactive and diligent in all aspects of the renting T&Cs.

The man receiving us was very impatient, he kept saying words like no or impossible to our request and interrupting even confront us (we were just asking about the lease term and it was our first time to meet this agent), it was a very bad experience and we could not trust them to provide reliable service.

Unfortunately real estate agents don't have to provide a good service in London because it is a very competitive market so places sell themselves. We have rented apartments in various counties and this has been without a doubt our worst experience with a real estate. I would never recommend their service.
